H501 FRICTION
FRICTION SMOKE GENERATOR

The H501 for wood beams is suitable for Hot-Smoking Installations with a capacity of up to 4 trolleys and Climatic Maturing Installations with a capacity of up to 30 trolleys.

TECHNICAL DETAILS

1. MAXIMUM USER FRIENDLINESS & SIMPLE OPERATION
   The Smoke Generator is equipped with user-friendly compact control.
   The disengagement of the wood feed provides ideal conditions for simple service.
2. ABSOLUTE CONSISTENCY IN PROCESSES & PRODUCTS
   Intensive and rapid generation of smoke with a friction wheel means we can effect short smoking times – resulting in reduced process times.
   With the large stock of wood beams as well as the automatic transition of wood beams we achieve short set-up times during the production process.
3. CAPTIVATING QUALITY
   We extend the service life of the friction smoke generator by hardening the friction wheel several times.
4. OUTSTANDING HYGIENE
   Emissions are reduced to a minimum by running the system with circulating air.
   Separating the friction chamber from mechanical parts ensures easy access for cleaning the device.
   Relocation of the feed drive in the smoke-free area behind the housing improves hygiene.

H504 GLOW
GLOWING SMOKE GENERATOR
The H504 GLOW for natural wood chips and wood flour is suitable for Hot-Smoking Installations with a capacity of up to 12 trolleys as well as Climatic Maturing Installations with up to 80 trolleys.

   The Smoke Generator is equipped with user-friendly compact control.
2. ABSOLUTE CONSISTENCY IN PROCESSES & PRODUCTS
   We achieve short process times by using a high level of smoke intensity which is provided at a constant rate.
3. OPERATIONAL SAFETY
   Temperature monitoring with an integrated extinguishing device and water pressure check, together with optional smoke/volume flow monitoring allow us to guarantee maximum operational reliability.
4. OUTSTANDING HYGIENE
   The integrated smoke washer provides clean smoke for perfect products.
   The sophisticated hygienic design of the smoke generator ensures easy access for cleaning and maintenance.

STEAM SMOKE GENERATOR
The H507STEAM for dust-free beechwood chips is suitable for Hot-Smoking Installations with a capacity of up to 12 trolleys.

   The Smoke Generator is equipped with user-friendly compact control.
2. ABSOLUTE CONSISTENCY IN PROCESSES & PRODUCTS
   With superheated steam, we can achieve consistent product results in an automatic process using mild smoke – no bitter substances, even when an intensive smoking process is involved.
   Steam smoke means minimal weight loss, a high level of consistency, and absolute color stability.
   Full smoking capacity is available after just a few seconds.

   The intensity of the smoke is individually adjustable, so it can be adapted to suit your products perfectly.
