Shelves
The 304 Stainless Steel Deluxe Side Shelves are designed to be
attached to the BBQ cabinet or trolley for additional workspace and
convenience. These side shelves are compatible with models R Class
and GTR. Made from high-quality 304 stainless steel, these shelves
are durable, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean.
Assembly Instructions:
Tools Required for Assembly:
- 10mm spanner
- Phillips head screwdriver
Shelf Parts:
- 2 x Shelf
- 2 x Shelf Arm
- 2 x Left Side Bracket
- 8 x Countersunk M6 x 35mm Bolts
- 4 x 6mm Bolts
- 8 x Nuts
- 4 x Spacers
- 4 x Washers
- 2 x Right Side Bracket
Cabinet/Trolley Shelf Assembly:
- First, fit the two shelf brackets supplied with the shelves
onto each side of the BBQ using the bolts provided. - Bolt the handles to the end of the side shelf.
- Now position the side shelf in between the two shelf brackets.
Using the bolt, spacer, and nut, attach the shelf onto the
brackets. - The shelf brackets should mirror each other on the front and
back of the BBQ. Ensure that the bolts are carefully lined up as
they screw into nuts welded inside the sides of the BBQ Body. - The holes in the brackets are oversized and may require a
washer to be fitted to prevent the head of the nuts from pulling
through the holes in the brackets. - Push the bolt through the hole in the shelf bracket first and
then through the slot in the side of the shelf. Slide the spacer
over the bolt and into the slot in the shelf. Tighten the nut. The
spacer allows you to tighten the nut firmly while still allowing
the shelf to fold up and down.
After assembly is complete, the side shelves will look like the
photo provided.

CABINET/TROLLEY SHELVES ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
TOOLS REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY 10mm spanner Phillips head screwdriver
SHELF PARTS
· Remove any plastic film protecting or covering any parts of the Shelves before assembly.
· Cut away any packaging or cable ties that may be holding components in place.
· Check you have all the correct components as listed below.

CABINET/ TROLLEY SHELVE ASSEMBLY
1. First fit the two shelf brackets supplied with the shelves onto each side of the BBQ with the bolts provided.
3. Bolt the handles to the end of the side shelf.
4. Now position the side shelf in between the two shelf brackets and using the bolt, spacer and nut, attach the shelf onto the brackets.
2. The shelf brackets should mirror each other on the front and at the back of the BBQ as per the photo below. The bolts need to be carefully lined up as they screw into nuts welded inside the sides of the BBQ Body.
The holes in the brackets are oversized and may require a washer to be fitted to avoid the head of the nuts from pulling through the holes in the brackets.
Push the bolt through the hole in the shelf bracket first and then through the slot in the side of the shelf. Now slide the spacer over the bolt and into the slot in the shelf and tighten the nut. The spacer allows you to tighten the nut up firmly yet still allowing the shelf to fold up and down.
