WARNING

FALL HAZARD: Children have suffered serious injuries after falling from change tables. Falls can happen quickly.
• STAY in arm’s reach of your child.

The recommended weight of the occupant placed on this change table should not exceed 13.6kg.

Step 1
Assemble top shelf side rails (F) and bottom shelf side rails (E) with the rear end plate (B) using 6x wood pins (H) and 4x of the metal bolts (G).

Step 2
Carefully insert the shelf plates (C) by sliding them gently down the grooves in the shelf side rails.
Insert the 6x wooden pins as shown in to the shelf side rails, remembering to leave the hole for the bolt in each of the rails.

Step 3
Assemble the front end panel, aligning it carefully with the shelf plates and wooden pins. Do not fully tighten bolts at this stage.

Step 4
Move your change table in to position and tighten the bolts. Place the change pad (D) on the top shelf. Your Frank Change Table is now complete!

Change Table Safety tips

NEVER LEAVE YOUR BABY UNATTENDED ON THE CHANGE TABLE.

Have everything ready before you place your baby on a change table.
Place anything that could harm your baby out of reach.
Always keep one hand on your baby when using a change table.
Ignore interruptions, or take your baby with you, if you have to leave the change table.
Use the change pad supplied with the change table or one that is no thicker than the one supplied.
Never hang bags or clothes from the change table as this can make it unstable.
Position the change table away from curtains, blinds, heaters & power points.

Maintenance & Care

All assembly fittings should be tightened properly, checked regularly and re-tightened as necessary.

Your change table can be cleaned by wiping with a damp cloth and drying with a soft clean cloth. Do not use the abrasives, bleach, alcohol or ammonia based household polishes.

If part of the change table becomes damaged please contact us for the correct replacement part.
