XSNET 3100EOC is fully complying with IEEE P1901 standard, supporting HD video and high-speed data transmission over twisted pair. Its advantages include long-distance transmission, high MAC data throughput, multimedia support, and various topology configurations.
Product Interface
Panel I
- Coax BCN (75) for the ethernet over coax connection.
- Two LED indicators:
- Coaxial: Physical link connectivity indicator: indicator light is on and solid after adapter setup connection over 2-wire.
- LAN: Ethernet connectivity/activity indicator: when an Ethernet connection has been established, the indicator light will be solid; when data is transmitted on the Ethernet connection, the indicator light will blink.
Panel II
- DC 12V IN: 12V DC power supply.
- LAN: Ethernet port.
- SLAVE/MASTER Switch: Switch Slave/Master role, must power cycle adapter to make new role take effect.
Installation
There should be only one Master in a domain, however, multiple Slaves are allowed.
