RECEIVER INTERFACE

Long press ON/OFF(3 sec) to enter Program Mode and short press to exit

Short press the Frequency Key to scroll through the main menu

Short press the Mode Key to change(peak, null, auto, etc.,)

PROGRAM MENU ITEMS

  • Vol  Select volume setting; low, medium, high and mute
  • Light  Turn on or off backlight
  • Units  Select metric or imperial measurement
  • Orient  Turn on or off line orientation indication
  • Curnt  Turn on or off constant current measurement
  • Vibrtn  Turn on or off haptic feedback
  • P-Link  Turn on or off PathLINK transmitter radio link
  • batt  Select battery profile; li-ion or alkaline
  • OpMode  Select locate modes for use during normal operation; Peak, pinpoint peak, null, and sonde
  • Sonde  Select available sonde frequencies for use during normal operation
  • Line  Select available line locate frequencies for use during normal operation

LINE LOCATE MODE

JAMESON 17-300R Cable and Pipe Precision Locating Receiver 4Peak Highest signal strength directly over conductor with gradual decline side to side. Receiver must be oriented perpendicular to conductor.

Pinpoint Peak Highest signal strength directly over conductor with sharp decline side to side. Receiver must be oriented perpendicular to conductor.

Null Lowest signal strength directly over conductor with sharp increase side to side. Receiver oriented not required.

Auto Left/Right Guidance Broken tone to left side of conductor with solid tone to right side of conductor. Receiver must be oriented perpendicular to conductor.
