SPRAYER STARTUP
1.Charge Battery
A fully charged battery will spray up to 4 hours before needing to be recharged
2. Remove & Fill Tank
- Rotate collar to the unlocked position
- Pull locking ring to remove
- Lift sprayer unit off of the tank
- Fill the tank with Clorox® TurboPro™ Disinfectant Cleaner (recommended)
3 Connect Tank
- Align tank grooves into slide rail & lower sprayer unit onto the tank
- Listen for a click
- Rotate collar to the locked position
SPRAYER USE
The optimum sprayer distance is 2-3 feet (0.6-0.9 m) from the surface being sprayed.
Spray in an “S”-like fashion from top to bottom of surface areas.
Start at the opposite end of the room & progress toward the door to avoid walking through spray patterns & touching sprayed surfaces.
To reduce any static build-up in the user, the user’s free hand should be used to touch grounded surfaces that have not been sprayed (e.g., metal components of adjacent equipment).
Before You Spray: Put on the appropriate PPE. Refer to product-specific Clorox Safety Data Sheets for specific PPE requirements. Maintain proper grip of the handle to ensure contact to grounding strip on the trigger.
Hands should remain dry during operation.
Clean & Store Daily
- All users should follow safe cleaning practices to protect themselves from harmful exposure when cleaning the sprayer.
- Review the disinfectant product Safety Data Sheet and disinfectant product label for how to secure and store your disinfectant product solution when not in use.
- Remove all chemicals from the tank and flush with water.
- Spray water through a nozzle for at least 30 seconds.
Cleaning Nozzle
If the nozzle becomes plugged, soak in hot soapy water and blow pressurized air through to remove the blockage.
Electrostatic Discharge (ESD)
In environments less conducive to natural electrostatic charge dissipation, ESD events may occur, resulting in a mild static shocking sensation for the operator.
To avoid this, operators should maintain a firm grip on the handle grounding strip & frequently touch objects that are not being sprayed to dissipate the negative charge that builds up during sprayer use.
Register sprayers with serial numbers & date code via website or app.
