Product Information:

• Product Name: Boots Athlete’s Foot Cream
• Active Ingredients: Benzalkonium Chloride
  Solution 0.2% v/w, Tolnaftate 1% w/w
• Other Ingredients: purified water, cetostearyl
  alcohol, polyethylene glycol 5 glyceryl stearate, liquid paraffin,
  glycerol, dimeticone 20
• Indications: Treatment and prevention of
  athlete’s foot and other skin conditions such as dhobie itch (groin
  ringworm)

Product Usage Instructions:

1. Read all instructions on the carton before use.
2. Clean and dry the affected area before applying the cream.
3. Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected area and
   surrounding skin, and rub in gently.
4. Wash your hands after applying the cream.
5. Use the cream twice daily, in the morning and evening, for up
   to 4 weeks.
6. If symptoms persist or worsen after 4 weeks of use, consult a
   doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions:

• Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and other mucous
  membranes.
• If the cream accidentally gets into your eyes, rinse them
  thoroughly with water.
• If you experience any skin reactions such as contact
  dermatitis, stop using the cream and consult a doctor or
  pharmacist.
• Store the cream in a cool place below 25°C, and use it before
  the expiration date on the carton.
• Keep all medicines out of the sight and reach of children.

Possible Side Effects:

• Skin reactions such as contact dermatitis

What this medicine is for
Boots Athlete’s Foot Cream is both anti-fungal and anti-microbial and is used for the treatment and prevention of athlete’s foot. It is also ef f ective for other skin conditions such as dhobie itch (groin ringworm).
Before you use this medicine
Do not use: · If you are allergic to any of the ingredients
You can use this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Information about come of the ingredients Cetostearyl alcohol may cause skin reactions (e.g. contact dermatitis).
How to use this medicine
Check the tube seal is not broken before first use. If it is, do not use the cream. Pierce tube seal with the end of the cap. · Wash and thoroughly dry the affected area · Gently rub the cream into the affected area Adults and children: Apply morning and night. Continue treatment for at least one week after the condition has cleared up, to stop it coming back. For use on the skin only. If symptoms do not go away, talk to your doctor.

Most people will not have problems, but some may get some of these: · Allergic reactions
