Product Usage Instructions
The DH-200 BGA rework station is used for repairing mobile
phones. It is important to follow the instructions below to use the
product effectively:
- Ensure that the device is unplugged before starting any
repairs. - Place the mobile phone on the V-groove PCB for accurate
positioning. - Use the movable universal fixture to prevent damage to the PCB
and its components. - Set the desired temperature, time, slope, and cooling using the
touch screen conversational interface. - Start the heating process by pressing the corresponding button
on the touch screen conversational interface. - Monitor the temperature curve on the touch screen to ensure
that the temperature is accurate and stable. - Listen for the voice warning 5-10 seconds before heating finish
to remind the operator to pick up the BGA chip on time. - After heating, wait for the cooling fan to work automatically.
The temperature will cool down to room temperature before
unplugging the device.
