How do I manually reset my Jabra Elite Active 45e to the default settings?
When you reset your Jabra Elite Active 45e earbuds, previously paired devices and settings will be cleared.
To reset your earbuds, follow these steps:
- Turn the earbuds on.
- Simultaneously press and hold (5 seconds) the Volume up button and the Multi-function button on the right earbud until the LED lights purple.
Note:
After resetting, you will need to re-pair the earbuds with the smartphone.
