MT-1178 Vertical Floor Steamer

Product Information:

The product is a handheld steamer with the model number MT-1178.
It is produced by Cosmos Far View International Limited, located in
Room 701, 16 apt, Lane 165, Rainbow North Street, Ningbo, China.

Product Usage Instructions:

Before the First Use:

1. Check the connection with the power outlet.
2. Switch off the device and allow it to cool down.
3. Pour water into the water tank.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

To clean the device and prevent any issues, follow these
steps:

1. Clean the device from limescale at least once a year or every
   50 hours of use.
2. If there is no steam or the steam stream is interrupted, check
   the water level in the water tank. If low, switch off the device,
   allow it to cool down, and refill the water tank.
3. If steam is not formed yet, switch off the device, allow it to
   cool down, and give it some time for steam formation.
4. Avoid folding or placing the steam hose horizontally. Keep the
   steam hose vertically to prevent water from flowing through the
   steam tip hole or accumulating condensate in the hose.
5. If the device is heating slowly or dispersing white particles,
   clean the device from limescale and avoid using the steam hose
   horizontally.

Troubleshooting:

If you encounter any of the following issues, refer to the
corresponding solutions:

• No steam: Check the device connection with the
  power outlet. Ensure the water tank is not empty. Unfold or remove
  any deformations in the steam hose.
• Weak steam or interrupted stream: Check the
  water level in the water tank. Allow time for steam formation.
  Avoid folding or placing the steam hose horizontally.
• Water flows through the steam tip hole: Keep
  the steam hose vertically until water drains into the device. Do
  not use the steam hose in a horizontal position.
• Noise in the steam hose: Clean the device from
  limescale and avoid using the steam hose horizontally.

vertical position, moving up and down. Never use a steam nozzle horizontally, don’t turn it backwards, it can lead to water leakage and skin burns. · Never direct the flow of steam towards people or animals. Never use steam flow for clothing worn on people. · Do not try to disconnect the steam hose during operation , it can be cause of burns. · The device must not be used for cleaning of electrical devices , such as ovens , electric ovens , kitchen hoods, microwave ovens, TVs , lamps , hair dryers, electric heaters , etc. · Disconnect the appliance before filling the water tank · Do not lift or pull the appliance by the steam hose · Do not add detergents / cleaners in a water tank

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

· Unpack the appliance and remove all packaging materials and labels. · Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and detergent.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

· Before cleaning, always unplug the appliance. · Clean the device with a damp cloth, wipe dry. · Clean the appliance from scale regularly. Use special cleaners that can be purchased at special stores. Applying cleaners, follow the instructions on the packaging.
TROUBLESHOOTING

Case No steam

Steam hose is folded or deformed

Switch off the device, cool , pour water in watertank
Exclude the fold or deformation of steam hose

Limescale inside the device

Clean the device from calc not less then 1 time a year or every 50 hours of using the device

Weak steam or stream is interrupted

Small volume of water inside the watertank or watertank is empty
Steam is not formed yet

Switch off the device, cool , pour water in watertank Pause is needed for the formation of steam

Steam hose is folded or placed horizontally

Do not use steam hose in horizontal position or in position lower, than level of device

Water flows through the hole steam tip

Accumulation of condensate in the steam hose

Do not use steam hose in horizontal position. Keep steam hose vertically until water will not drain into the device.
