 | ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION |
| 1. Insert top plastic fitting(F) into the top of the base unit(G) and position the steel washer with a large hole(E) on top. | |
| 2. Insert lower section(D) through washer(E), fitting(F), and base unit(G). | |
| 3. Insert bottom plastic fitting(H) into the bottom side of base unit(G) and secure firmly in place with large steel washer(I), spring washer(J), and screw(K), with a screwdriver into bottom of the lower section(D). | |
| 4. Fill the base unit with sand or water, then insert the cap. | |
| 5. Click mid-section(C) into lower section(D) ensuring butterfly screw is uppermost. | |
| 6. Insert top section(B) into mid-section(C) and set to the desired height using butterfly screw to secure. | |
| 7. Inflate punching ball(A) using the pump provided(DO NOT OVER INFLATE), then screw securely by hand into position at top of section(B). | |
| 8. Use well away from obstacles, breakable items, or other hazards. |
