| 1. Framing installed as per designer’s drawings. NB double studs at 600mm for VHWZ or EHWZ may not be used. See Masons UNI® Flexible Air Barrier fixing chart. | YES / NO |

| 3. All pipe and service penetrations sealed as per UNI® Installation Instructions. Only Masons 40 Below Platinum and Flex or Masons UNI FAB 60mm Seam and Repair Tape are too be used. | YES / NO |
