MB1215-02 (Qty 2) – 5/16-18 x 1 Hex Bolt (Qty 4) – 5/16 Plain
Washer (Qty 8) – 5/16-18 Nylon Insert Hex Locknut (Qty 4) 2. Start
by attaching the MB1215-02 to the MB1215-01 using the provided
5/16-18 x 1 Hex Bolts. Place a 5/16 Plain Washer on each bolt
before securing them. 3. Next, place a 5/16 Plain Washer on each
end of the previously attached bolts. Then, insert a 5/16-18 x 1
Hex Bolt through each washer. 4. Place another 5/16 Plain Washer on
each new bolt and secure them in place with a 5/16-18 Nylon Insert
Hex Locknut. 5. Repeat steps 2-4 for the remaining two MB1215-02
