2. Funktionsweise
· Die Gezeitenuhr gibt Auskunft über den örtlichen Gezeitenstatus und die verbleibenden Stunden bis zur Ebbe oder Flut.
· An den meisten Küsten findet etwa alle 6 Stunden ein Wechsel zwischen Hoch- und Niedrigwasser statt.
· Der Gezeitenrhythmus hat hauptsächlich mit den Gravitationskräften des Mondes zu tun. Ein Mondtag dauert ca. 24 Stunden und 50 Minuten. Diese Uhr ist so konstruiert, dass ihr Zeiger alle 12 Stunden und 25 Minuten (zweimal pro Mondtag) das Zifferblatt umrundet. So lange dauert eine Tide, also die Zeitspanne zwischen zwei Phasen von Hochbzw. Niedrigwasser. Die Tidenuhr zeigt bei ,,12 Uhr” den höchsten Wasserstand (HIGH TIDE) und bei ,,6 Uhr” den niedrigsten Wasserstand (LOW TIDE) an. Dazwischen werden die verbleibenden Stunden (5, 4, 3, 2, 1) bis zur Ebbe oder Flut angezeigt.
· Da die Gezeiten von Region zu Region unterschiedlich sind, ist es wichtig, die Uhr auf eine geografischen Position einzustellen.
· Wichtiger Hinweis: Der tatsächliche Tidenverlauf hängt von vielen weiteren Gegebenheiten ab und kann unter Umständen von der Anzeige der Gezeitenuhr abweichen.
3. Zu Ihrer Sicherheit
· Verwenden Sie das Produkt nicht anders, als in dieser Anleitung dargestellt wird.
· Das eigenmächtige Reparieren, Umbauen oder Verändern des Gerätes ist nicht gestattet.
Vorsicht! Verletzungsgefahr:
· Halten Sie die Batterie und das Gerät außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern.
· Kleinteile können von Kindern (unter drei Jahren) verschluckt werden. · Batterien enthalten gesundheitsschädliche Säuren und können bei Ver-
schlucken lebensgefährlich sein. Wurde eine Batterie verschluckt, kann dies innerhalb von 2 Stunden zu schweren inneren Verätzungen und zum Tode führen. Wenn Sie vermuten, eine Batterie könnte verschluckt oder anderweitig in den Körper gelangt sein, nehmen Sie sofort medizinische Hilfe in Anspruch. · Batterien nicht ins Feuer werfen, kurzschließen, auseinandernehmen oder aufladen. Explosionsgefahr! · Um ein Auslaufen der Batterien zu vermeiden, sollten schwache Batterien möglichst schnell ausgetauscht werden. · Sollte eine Batterie ausgelaufen sein, vermeiden Sie Kontakt mit Haut, Augen und Schleimhäuten. Spülen Sie ggf. umgehend die betroffenen Stellen mit Wasser und suchen Sie einen Arzt auf.

4. Inbetriebnahme
· Legen Sie die Batterie ein, +/- Pol wie abgebildet. · Das Gerät ist jetzt betriebsbereit. · Stellen Sie mit dem Einstellrad die aktuelle Gezeitenposition ein. Erfra-
gen Sie die aktuelle Gezeitenposition für Ihren Ort mithilfe offizieller Gezeitentabellen in lokalen Zeitungen oder Internet.

5. Pflege und Wartung
· Reinigen Sie das Gerät mit einem leicht feuchten Tuch. Keine Scheueroder Lösungsmittel verwenden!
· Entfernen Sie die Batterie, wenn Sie das Gerät längere Zeit nicht verwenden.
· Sobald die Funktionen schwächer werden, wechseln Sie bitte die Batterie.

6. Befestigen
· Hängen Sie die Gezeitenuhr mit einem stabilen Nagel oder einer Schraube mit Dübel an der Aufhängevorrichtung auf. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sie sicher befestigt ist.

2. Functionality
· The tidal clock provides information about the local tide status and the remaining hours up to the ebb or flood.
· A change between high and low water takes place about every 6 hours on the coast.
· The tidal rhythm has to do mainly with the gravitational forces of the moon. A lunar day takes about 24 hours and 50 minutes. This clock is designed so that its hand circles the dial every 12 hours and 25 minutes (twice per lunar day). This is how long a tide takes, i.e. the period of time between two phases of high or low water. The tide clock shows the highest water level (high tide) at “12 noon””and the lowest water level (low tide) at “6 o’clock”. In between, the remaining hours (5, 4, 3, 2, 1) are given up to the ebb or flood.
· Since the tides vary from region to region, it is important to adjust the clock to a geographical position.
· Important note: The actual tidal course depends on many other circumstances and may differ from the display of the tidal clock.

Risk of explosion! · Low batteries should be changed as soon as possible to prevent damage caused by leaking. · Avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes when handling leaking batteries. In case of contact, immediately rinse the affected areas with water and consult a doctor.

6. Attachment

2. Fonctionnement
· L’horloge des marées indique l’état local des marées et le temps restant avant la prochaine marée basse ou haute.
· Sur les côtes, la pleine mer et la basse mer se suivent toutes les 6 heures environ.
· Le cycle des marées est principalement lié à la force d’attraction de la lune sur la terre. Un jour lunaire dure environ 24 heures et 50 minutes. Cette horloge est conçue de telle sorte que son aiguille parcourt le cadran toutes les 12 heures et 25 minutes (deux fois par jour lunaire). Cela correspond à la durée d’une marée, c’est-à-dire à l’intervalle entre la haute mer et la basse mer. 3. Pour votre sécurité

· Vous ne devez en aucun cas réparer, démonter ou modifier l’appareil par vous-même.
Attention ! Danger de blessure :
· Placez votre appareil et la pile hors de la portée des enfants. · Les petites pièces peuvent être avalées par les enfants (de moins de
trois ans). · Les piles contiennent des acides nocifs pour la santé et peuvent être
mortelles dans le cas d’une ingestion. Si une pile a été avalée, elle peut entraîner des brûlures internes graves ainsi que la mort dans l’espace de 2 heures. Si vous craignez qu’une pile ait pu être avalée ou ingérée d’une autre manière, quelle qu’elle soit, contactez immédiatement un médecin d’urgence. · Ne jetez jamais de piles dans le feu, ne les court-circuitez pas, ne les démontez pas et ne les rechargez pas. Risque d’explosion ! · Une pile faible doit être remplacée le plus rapidement possible afin d’éviter toute fuite. · Évitez tout contact de la peau, des yeux et des muqueuses avec le liquide des piles. En cas de contact, rincez immédiatement les zones concernées à l’eau et consultez un médecin.

4. Mise en service

5. Entretien et maintenance
· Pour le nettoyage de votre appareil, utilisez un chiffon humide. N’utilisez pas de solvants ou d’agents abrasifs !
· Retirez la pile si vous n’utilisez pas votre appareil pendant une durée prolongée.
· Remplacez la pile, si les fonctions de l’appareil s’affaiblissent.

6. Fixation
· Suspendre l’horloge sur le dispositif de support à l’aide d’un clou solide ou d’une vis et d’une cheville. Assurez-vous que l’horloge murale est bien fixée.

2. Funzionalità

Questo orologio è progettato in modo che la sua lancetta ruoti ogni 12 ore e 25 minuti (due volte per giorno lunare). Questo è quanto dura il lasso di tempo che intercorre tra due fasi di alta e bassa marea. L’orologio delle maree mostra il livello dell’acqua più alto (HIGH TIDE) a “ore 12” e il livello dell’acqua più basso (LOW TIDE) a “ore 6″. Nel mezzo, vengono fornite le ore mancanti (5, 4, 3, 2, 1) all’alta o alla bassa marea.
· Poiché le maree variano da regione a regione, è importante impostare l’orologio su una posizione geografica.

4. Messa in funzione

· Per pulire l’apparecchio utilizzare solo un panno leggermente inumidito. Non usare solventi o abrasivi.

· Rimuovere la batteria, se non si utilizza l’apparecchio per un periodo prolungato.
· Cambiare la batteria se le funzioni del dispositivo sono più deboli.

6. Posizionamento
· Fissare l’orologio con un chiodo robusto o una vite con tassello alla sospensione. Assicurarsi che l’orologio a muro sia ben fissato.

1. Voordat u met het apparaat gaat werken
· Lees de gebruiksaanwijzing aandachtig door. De gebruiksaanwijzing is bij het apparaat gevoegd of kan worden gedownload van www.tfa-dostmann.de/en/service/downloads/instruction-manuals
· Door rekening te houden met wat er in de handleiding staat, vermijdt u ook beschadigingen van het product en riskeert u niet dat uw wettelijke rechten door verkeerd gebruik niet meer gelden.
· Volg met name de veiligheidsinstructies op! · Deze gebruiksaanwijzing goed bewaren a.u.b.!
2. Functionaliteit
· De getijdenklok geeft informatie over de lokale getijdenstatus en de resterende uren tot laagwater of hoogwater.
· Aan de kusten wisselen hoog- en laagwater ongeveer elke 6 uur af. · Het getijdenritme is voornamelijk gerelateerd aan de gravitatiekrachten
van de maan. Een maan-dag duurt ongeveer 24 uur en 50 minuten. Deze klok is ontworpen om de wijzer elke 12 uur en 25 minuten te laten draaien (twee keer per maan-dag). Zolang duurt een getij, d.w.z. de tijd tussen twee fasen van hoog- of laagwater. De getijdenklok toont het hoogste waterpeil (HIGH TIDE) op ,,12 uur” en het laagste waterpeil (LOW TIDE) op ,,6 uur”. Daartussen worden de resterende uren (5, 4, 3, 2, 1) aangegeven tot laag- of hoogwater. · Aangezien getijden van regio tot regio verschillen, is het belangrijk om de klok op een geografische positie in te stellen. · Belangrijk: Het werkelijke getijverloop hangt af van vele andere omstandigheden en kan eventueel verschillen van de weergave van de getijdenklok.
3. Voor uw veiligheid
· Gebruik het product niet anders dan in deze handleiding is aangegeven. · Het eigenmachtig repareren, verbouwen of veranderen van het appa-
raat is niet toegestaan.

· Houd het apparaat en de batterij buiten bereik van kinderen. · Het apparaat bevat kleine onderdelen, die door kinderen (jonger dan
drie jaren) ingeslikt kunnen worden. · Batterijen bevatten zuren die de gezondheid schaden. Het inslikken van
batterijen kan levensgevaarlijk zijn. Als een batterij wordt ingeslikt, kan dit binnen 2 uur tot ernstige interne brandwonden en tot fataal letsel leiden. Als u denkt dat de batterijen zijn ingeslikt of in het lichaam terecht zijn gekomen, dient u onmiddellijk medische hulp te zoeken. · Batterijen niet in het vuur gooien, niet kortsluiten, niet uit elkaar halen of opladen. Kans op explosie! · Zwakke batterijen moeten zo snel mogelijk worden vervangen om lekkage van de batterijen te voorkomen. · Als een batterij heeft gelekt, vermijd dan contact met de huid, ogen en slijmvliezen. Spoel in geval van contact met batterijzuur de desbetreffende plekken onmiddellijk af met water en raadpleeg een arts.

· Stel het apparaat niet bloot aan extreme temperaturen, trillingen en schokken.
· Tegen vocht beschermen! Alleen geschikt voor het gebruik in droge binnenruimtes.
4. Inbedrijfstelling
· Plaats de batterij, +/- pool zoals afgebeeld. · Het apparaat is nu bedrijfsklaar. · Stel met het verstelwieltje de huidige getijdenpositie op uw gewenste
locatie in. Zoek de huidige getijdenpositie voor uw plaats met behulp van officiële getijtabellen in lokale kranten of op internet.
5. Schoonmaken en onderhoud
· Maak het apparaat met een enigszins vochtige doek schoon. Geen schuur- of oplosmiddelen gebruiken!

· Verwijder de batterij, als u het apparaat langere tijd niet gebruikt. · Vervang de batterij zodra de functies van de apparaat zwakker worden.

6. Bevestiging
· Hang de wandklok met een stabiele nagel of met een schroef en plug aan de ophanger. Controleer dat de wandklok veilig is bevestigd.

8. Afvoeren
Dit product en de verpakking zijn vervaardigd van hoogwaardige materialen en onderdelen, die kunnen worden gerecycled en hergebruikt. Dit vermindert afval en spaart het milieu.

Afvoeren van batterijen
Batterijen en accu’s mogen niet met het huisvuil worden weggegooid. 2. Funcionalidad
· El reloj de marea proporciona información sobre el estado de las mareas locales y las horas restantes hasta la marea alta o baja.
· En las costas hay un cambio de marea alta o baja aproximadamente cada 6 horas.
· El ritmo de las mareas tiene que ver principalmente con las fuerzas gravitacionales de la luna.
· Un día lunar dura aproximadamente 24 horas y 50 minutos. Este reloj está diseñado para que su manecilla gire cada 12 horas y 25 minutos (dos veces por día lunar). El tiempo que dura una marea, es decir, el intervalo de tiempo entre dos fases de alta o bajas aguas.
· El reloj de marea muestra el nivel de agua más alto (HIGH TIDE) a las 12 en punto y el nivel de agua más bajo (LOE TIDE) a las 6 en punto.
· En el intervalo se indican las horas restantes (5,4,3,2,1) hasta la marea alta o baja.
· Debido a que las mareas varían de una región a otra, es importante ajustar el reloj a una posición geográfica.
· Nota importante: El curso real de la marea depende de muchos otros factores y puede desviarse de la pantalla del reloj de marea.

4. Puesta en marcha
· Inserte la pila, +/- con la polaridad correcta. · El dispositivo está listo para funcionar. · Use el dial para establecer la posición actual de la marea en la ubica-
ción deseada. Verifique la posición actual de la marea para su ubicación utilizando las tablas de mareas oficiales en los periódicos locales o en Internet.

5. Cuidado y mantenimiento
· Limpie el dispositivo con un paño ligeramente humedecido. ¡No utilice productos abrasivos o disolventes!
· Extraiga la pila si no va a usar el dispositivo por un largo período de tiempo.
· Una vez que las funciones estén débiles cambie la pila.

6. Fijación
· Cuelgue el reloj de pared al dispositivo de suspensión utilizando un clavo resistente o un tornillo con taco. Asegúrese de que el reloj de pared está bien sujeto.
