Cuando se alcance la temperatura de consigna, el horno advertirá mediante un aviso sonoro.

Descripción del reloj electrónico

1 TECLAS
, y : Permiten la programación de las funciones del reloj electrónico y acceso a funciones especiales.
Activa y desactiva la luz del interior del horno. Su pulsación prolongada activará la luz interior por un máximo de 2h hasta que se abra y cierre la puerta de nuevo o se pulse de nuevo esta tecla.
Permite la apertura del panel del frente.

AVISADOR: Iluminado al seleccionar la función avisador del reloj. Genera una señal acústica al cabo del tiempo. El horno no se apagará cuando acabe el tiempo. Esta función también se puede utilizar cuando el horno esté cocinando.

ATENCIÓN
La sensibilidad de las teclas touch se adapta continuamente a las condiciones ambientales. Al conectar el horno a la red tenga la precaución que la superficie del frontal de mandos esté limpia y libre de cualquier obstáculo.
Si al tocar las teclas, el reloj no responde correctamente entonces es necesario que desconecte el horno de la red eléctrica y tras un instante vuelva a conectarlo. De esta forma los sensores se habrán ajustado automáticamente y reaccionarán de nuevo al tocar con el dedo.
MODO DEMO
Con el modo DEMO activado, puede manejarse el horno sin calentar.
Se debe activar este modo antes de poner el reloj en hora si va a instalarse en una exposición con conexión a red.
Activación del modo DEMO
Pulsar simultáneamente las teclas y en el modo de programación, hasta que en la pantalla aparezca la indicación SHO.
A continuación ponga el horno en hora.
La palabra SHO aparecerá un par de segundos cada minuto para indicar el estado en el que se encuentra el aparato.
El horno puede operarse normalmente, pero no calentará.
Para desactivar el modo DEMO es necesario desconectar de la red el aparato.
PUESTA EN HORA · Para poner en hora el horno, los mandos del
selector de funciones y temperatura deben estar en posición . · Al conectar su horno, observará que en el reloj aparece parpadeando la indicación 12:00.

· Tocando o ajustará las horas y después los minutos. Escuchará 2 beep seguidos como confirmación de la hora elegida.
· Si desea modificar la hora, toque o hasta que la hora aparezca parpadeando. Toque y siga los pasos descritos en el punto anterior.
NOTA
Su reloj posee el modo de iluminación nocturna, de forma que disminuirá la intensidad de luz de la pantalla entre las 00:00 y las 6:00 horas.
ATENCIÓN
En caso de un corte de suministro eléctrico, se borrará toda la programación de su reloj electrónico.
Si esto ocurre, gire los mandos del selector de funciones y temperatura a la posición .
Aparecerá la indicación 12:00 y a continuación puede poner el reloj en hora siguiendo las instrucciones anteriores.
Si el horno tenía la puerta bloqueada antes del corte de suministro, el símbolo de bloqueo se iluminará hasta que la puerta se desbloquee.

Manejo del horno
FUNCIONAMIENTO MANUAL · Tras poner el reloj en hora, su horno está
listo para cocinar. Al girar el selector de funciones, para cada función se mostrará la temperatura predefinida. Girando el selector de temperatura, puede elegir una nueva temperatura y confirmarla pulsando .
INFORMACIÓN
Durante el cocinado, al girar el selector, se mostrará la temperatura en la pantalla del reloj y podrá cambiar la temperatura de cocinado del horno girando de nuevo el selector y pulsando para confirmar.
· Observará que el símbolo se ilumina durante el cocinado para indicar la transmisión de calor al alimento. Este símbolo se

apaga cuando se alcanza la temperatura seleccionada. · Para apagar el horno, ponga los mandos en posición .
INFORMACIÓN Cuando inicie un cocinado, su horno mostrará el tiempo que el horno lleva cocinando.
INFORMACIÓN Si usted ha seleccionado una función de cocinado con vapor, recuerde rellenar el deposito de agua antes de iniciar el cocinado. El icono permanecerá iluminado en la pantalla de su reloj para indicar que se está aportando vapor al cocinado.

bolo en la pantalla y pulse . En la pantalla se verá la indicación 00:00. 2. Seleccione el tiempo tras el cual desea que el reloj avise, tocando o . Sonarán 2 beep seguidos como confirmación y se mostrará la cuenta atrás a partir del tiempo elegido. El símbolo parpadeará lentamente. 3. Cuando finalice el tiempo, sonará una señal acústica durante 90 segundos y el símbolo
parpadeará rápidamente.
NOTA Con la función Avisador, al finalizar el tiempo programado el horno no se apagará.
4. Toque cualquier tecla para detener la señal acústica, en ese momento el símbolo se apagará.
Si desea modificar el tiempo del avisador, realice los pasos mostrados nuevamente. Al acceder al temporizador, aparecerá el tiempo restante actual el cual podrá modificar.
NOTA Con la función Avisador, el tiempo restante se mostrará en la pantalla de forma permanente. Con esta función programada, no es posible visualizar la hora ni el tiempo total de cocinado programado.
Programación de la Duración del Cocinado 1. Toque o hasta que parpadee el sím-

6. Ponga los mandos en posición para apagar el horno.
En cualquier momento usted puede modificar el tiempo restante de cocinado, tocando o
hasta que el símbolo parpadee rápidamente. A continuación toque para modificar el tiempo.
NOTA
Con la función Duración de cocinado, el tiempo restante se mostrará en la pantalla de forma permanente. Con esta función programada, no es posible visualizar la hora actual en la pantalla.

Alimentación del agua
APERTURA DEL PANEL FRONTAL

RELLENO DE AGUA
El contenido de agua es normalmente suficiente para un proceso de cocción de 50-60 minutos.
Si hay que rellenar el depósito de agua, se encenderá el piloto del depósito de agua.

NOTA
El panel puede abrirse durante el funcionamiento del horno.

RELLENAR EL DEPÓSITO DEL AGUA
En todas las funciones, el depósito tiene que estar lleno.
Rellene el depósito hasta la marca “MAX” con agua potable fresca e introdúzcalo en la ranura ubicada sobre la cavidad (aproximadamente 0,8 L).

Vierta sólo 0,5 litros de agua como máximo para garantizar que el agua no rebose en el depósito de agua por culpa del bombeo de retorno. PELIGRO DE REBOSE.
VACIADO DEL DEPÓSITO DE AGUA Cuando se desconecta el aparato, el agua restante se bombea de vuelta al depósito de agua.

NOTA No utilice agua esterilizada o destilada para cocinar con el horno de vapor. Los minerales en el agua son esenciales para que el proceso de cocción funcione.
NOTA Al llenar el tanque de agua, la sección superior del tanque NO sella completamente. El llenado excesivo del tanque puede causar que el tanque se filtre cuando se mueve.

ATENCIÓN
El agua del depósito puede estar caliente. ¡Peligro de lesiones por quemadura!
Dependiendo del ajuste de la temperatura y de la duración de las funciones de cocción al vapor, esto puede tardar hasta 1 hora en completarse. Espere siempre que la
deje de parpadear en la pantalla antes de retirar el tanque de agua, intentando ejecutar una segunda función de vapor o apagando la alimentación del horno de vapor. Si se interrumpe antes de terminar, el bombeo se restablecerá, lo que puede hacer que la bomba de agua interna funcione en seco y hacer un fuerte ruido vibratorio mientras se ejecuta. Con el tiempo, esto puede dañar la bomba.
Una vez que el agua ha sido bombeada de vuelta al depósito de agua, aparece la indicaci-

ón en la pantalla. Proceda como se indica a continuación:
· Extraiga del aparato y vacíe el depósito de agua.
· Seque el depósito de agua y vuelva a introducirlo en el aparato. Seque el interior del aparato.
· Deje la puerta del aparato abierta hasta que el aparato se haya enfriado y esté completamente seco.

INFORMACIÓN
Se recomienda quitar y vaciar el depósito de agua tras cada proceso de cocción. Esto impide que se desarrollen bacterias y cal en el aparato.
No debe vaciar el depósito de agua si desea iniciar dos procesos de cocción al vapor de forma sucesiva.

Funcionamiento del vapor
ATENCIÓN Si abre la puerta durante o después del ciclo de cocción, tenga cuidado con el flujo de aire caliente y/o vapor que sale de la cámara de cocción. Aléjese para evitar quemaduras.
En este momento: · Se interrumpe la generación de vapor. · Las paredes de la cavidad y el depósito de
agua están todavía muy calientes. ¡Peligro de quemaduras! · El temporizado para y el display enseña el tiempo de operación restante (si se ha configurado).
FIN DE UN CICLO DE COCCIÓN
Al final de la duración programada del cocinado, escuchará tres avisos sonoros y el display exhibirá la palabra “END” (“Fin”); el horno empieza la función de reducción de vapor. Esta función libera gradualmente el vapor de la cavidad, para que no exista una súbita liberación de vapor cuando se abre la puerta del aparato. El ventilador puede seguir funcionando durante un lapso de tiempo después de la desconexión

del equipo. Es una función normal para reducir la temperatura dentro del horno.
Cuando el display enseña el symbol DEPO esto significa que el agua fue bombeada y que el depósito del agua se puede retirar.
Retirar el depósito de agua y secarlo bien. Dejar que el espacio de cocción se enfríe y después limpiar y secar con un trapo. Debe dejar la puerta abierta por unos momentos para que el aparato seque completamente.
FLUJO DE VAPOR
Es normal que salga un flujo intermitente de vapor de la parte delantera del horno. Ello suele percibirse sobre todo en invierno o en ambientes con mucha humedad.

AGUA RESIDUAL EN EL HORNO
Para reducir el agua residual en la cavidad del horno, recomendamos insertar una bandeja en la posición inferior (posición 1). La humedad restante puede secarse fácilmente con un paño o bayeta. El agua que condensa en la puerta se recoge en la zona inferior de la parte frontal del horno. Un excesiva acumulación de líquido podría desbordar y dañar el mueble de cocina. Seque esta zona después del cocinado. Se accede con la puerta abierta.

Descalcificación
PROCEDIMIENTO DE DESCALCIFICACIÓN
1. Toque o hasta que aparezca parpadeando en la pantalla el simbolo de descarcificación .
2. Pulse para iniciar la función de descalcificación.
3. Cuando la pantalla de visualización (display) muestra “0,5”, retire el depósito del agua.
4. Usar 0,5 litros de una solución de descalcificación adecuada en el depósito del agua y volver a posicionarlo.
5. Pulse Se inicia el ciclo de Descalcificación, que tarda cerca de 30 minutos.
6. El proceso de descalcificación es silencioso y durante este proceso, la pantalla muestra el porcentaje del proceso y el símbolo de
descalcificación .

7. Cuando el display exhibe

y el horno

emite un aviso sonoro, retirar y vaciar el de-

pósito del agua.

8. Rellene el depósito con 0,5 litros de agua fría y vuelva a posicionar el depósito del agua.

9. Cierre el panel. Se inicia el primer ciclo de lavado.

10. Cuando el display exhibe de nuevo y el horno emite un aviso sonoro, quitar y vaciar el depósito del agua.

11. Rellene el depósito con 0.5 litros de agua fría y vuelva a posicionar el depósito del agua.

12. Cierre el panel. Se inicia el segundo ciclo de lavado.

13. Cuando el ciclo de lavado ha terminado, el

display exhibe el símbolo

y emite un

aviso sonoro, hasta que se retira el depósito

de agua.

14. Remover, vaciar y secar el depósito del agua.

CANCELAR DESCALCIFICACIÓN
Usted puede cancelar el proceso de descalcificación antes de retirar el depósito del agua por primera vez (punto 4).

Función Teka Hydroclean®
Esta función facilita la limpieza de la grasa y los restos de suciedad que han quedado adheridos en las paredes del horno. Para una mayor facilidad de limpieza, evite que se acumule la suciedad. Limpie el horno con frecuencia.
PROGRAMAR LA FUNCIÓN TEKA HYDROCLEAN®
ATENCIÓN No vierta agua en el interior del horno caliente, puede dañar el esmalte de su horno.
Realice siempre el ciclo con el horno frío. Si lo hace con el horno demasiado caliente, el resultado puede verse afectado además de dañar el esmalte.
Retire previamente las bandejas y todos los accesorios del interior del horno, incluidos los soportes para bandejas o guías telescópicas. Siga para ello las instrucciones que aparecen en el libro de instalación y mantenimiento que se entrega con su horno.
1. Con el horno frío, coloque una bayeta extendida sobre el suelo del horno.

6. Alcanzada la hora de finalización, el horno se desconectará, sonará una señal acústica y el símbolo parpadeará rápidamente.

IMPORTANTE
No abra la puerta del horno hasta que no finalice la función Hydroclean®.
La fase de enfriamiento es necesaria para el correcto funcionamiento de la función.

AVISADOR: Ilumina-se quando é selecionada a função de avisador do relógio. Gera um sinal acústico no final do tempo programado. O forno não se desligará quando termina o tempo. Esta função também pode ser utilizada quando o forno estiver a cozinhar.

ATENÇÃO
A sensibilidade das teclas touch adapta-se continuamente às condições ambientais. Ao ligar o forno à corrente, é necessário ter o cuidado de garantir que a superfície do vidro da parte da frente dos comandos está limpa e livre de qualquer obstáculo.
Se, ao tocar nas teclas, o relógio não responder corretamente, é necessário desligar o forno da rede elétrica e voltar a ligá-lo algum tempo depois. Desta forma os sensores ajustar-se-ão automaticamente e reagirão novamente ao tocar com o dedo.
FUNÇÃO DEMO
Com a função DEMO ativada, pode usar o forno sem aquecer.
Este modo deve ser ativado antes de definir a hora no relógio se for para ser instalado numa exposição com uma ligação à rede elétrica.
Ativação da função DEMO
No modo de programação, clique em simultâneo nas teclas e , até que no ecrã apareça a indicação SHO.
As letras SHO são exibidas durante alguns segundos a cada minuto para indicar o estado do aparelho.
O forno pode ser usado normalmente, mas não aquece. Para desligar o modo DEMO (demonstração), desligue o aparelho da alimentação.
ACERTAR A HORA · Para acertar a hora do forno, o seletor de
funções e temperatura deve estar na posição . · Ao ligar o forno, observará que no relógio aparece a piscar a indicação 12:00. · Ao pressionar ou a hora e, de seguida, os minutos. Ouvirá 2 beeps (sinais sonoros) seguidos, que confirmam a hora definida.

· Se pretender alterar a hora, pressione ou até que a indicação da hora fique intermitente. Pressione e siga os passos descritos no ponto anterior.

NOTA
O seu relógio possui um modo de iluminação noturna, de modo que diminuirá a intensidade da luz do visor entre as 00:00 e as 06:00 horas.

ATENÇÃO
No caso de um corte de corrente elétrica, será apagada toda a programação do relógio electrónico.
Se isto acontecer, rode o seletor de funções e temperatura para a posição .
Aparecerá a indicação 12:00 e depois poderá acertar o relógio seguindo as instruções anteriores.
Se o forno estava com a porta aberta antes do corte de energia, o símbolo de bloqueio acende até que a porta desbloqueie.
Isto pode demorar alguns minutos, dependendo da temperatura a que se encontrava o forno, e durante esse tempo não é possível acertar o relógio.
Assim que a porta se desbloquear, poderá acertar o relógio seguindo as instruções anteriores.

Manuseamento do forno
FUNCIONAMENTO MANUAL
· Após acertar a hora do relógio, o seu forno está pronto para cozinhar. Ao rodar o seletor de controlo, a temperatura predefinida é indicada para cada função. Rode o seletor da temperatura para selecionar uma temperatura nova e prima para confirmar a seleção.

INFORMAÇÃO

Ao cozinhar,, a temperatura é apresentada no ecrã do relógio ao rodar o seletor é possível alterar a temperatura de cozedura do forno rodando o seletor da temperatura novamente e premindo para confirmar.

· Poderá verificar que o símbolo

ilumina durante o cozinhado para indicar

a transmissão de calor ao alimento. Este

símbolo apaga-se quando é atingida a temperatura selecionada. · Para desligar o forno, coloque os comandos na posição .
INFORMAÇÃO Quando inicia um cozinhado, o forno mostra o tempo necessário para o cozinhado.
INFORMAÇÃO Se selecionou a função de cozedura a vapor, lembre-se de encher o depósito da água antes de começar a cozinhar. O símbolo permanece aceso no visor do relógio durante o processo de cozedura.

FUNCIONAMENTO DO TEMPORIZADOR DO FORNO
Programação do Avisador 1. Prima ou até que o símbolo fique
intermitente no visor e prima . No visor será exibida a indicação 00:00. 2. Selecione o tempo, após o qual pretende que o relógio avise, tocando em ou . Ouvirá 2 beeps seguidos como confirmação e será exibida a contagem decrescente do tempo definido. O símbolo piscará lentamente. 3. Quando terminar o tempo, será emitido um sinal acústico durante 90 segundos e o símbolo piscará mais rapidamente.
NOTA Com a função Avisador, o forno não se desligará quando terminar o tempo programado.
4. Prima qualquer tecla para parar o sinal sonoro, nesse momento o símbolo apagar-se-á.
Caso pretenda alterar o tempo do avisador, siga novamente os passos descritos. Ao aceder ao temporizador, será exibido o tempo restante atual, que poderá ser alterado.
NOTA Com a função Avisador, o tempo restante será permanentemente exibido no visor. Com esta função ativada, não é possível visualizar a hora nem o tempo total programado para o cozinhado.

4. Decorrida a duração do cozinhado, o forno desligar-se-á, soará um sinal sonoro e o símbolo piscará mais depressa.
5. Prima qualquer tecla para parar o sinal sonoro e apagar o símbolo , ligando de novo o forno.
6. Coloque os comandos na posição para desligar o forno.
Pode alterar o tempo de cozinhado restante a qualquer momento, bastando para tal premir
ou até que o símbolo comece a piscar rapidamente. De seguida, prima para alterar o tempo.
NOTA
Com a função Duração de cozinhado, o tempo restante será permanentemente exibido no visor. Com esta função ativada, não é possível visualizar a hora atual no visor.

5. Selecione uma função e uma temperatura de cozinhado. O forno permanecerá desligado e com os símbolos e iluminados. O seu forno está programado.
6. Quando for alcançada a hora de início do cozinhado, o forno entrará em

7. Durante o cozinhado será exibido o tempo de cozinhado restante e o símbolo piscará lentamente.

BLOQUEIO DE SEGURANÇA PARA CRIANÇAS
Esta função pode ser selecionada a qualquer momento durante a utilização do forno.
Para ativar a função, prima a tecla de modo prolongado até que soe 1 sinal sonoro e o símbolo seja exibido no visor. O relógio está bloqueado.
Se o forno estiver desligado e a segurança para crianças estiver ativa, o forno não cozinhará mesmo que selecione uma função de cozinhado.
Caso ative esta função enquanto estiver a utilizar o forno, apenas bloqueará a manipulação do relógio electrónico.
Para desativar a função, prima a tecla de modo prolongado até que soe 1 sinal sonoro.

INTRODUZIR MAIS ÁGUA
O volume de água é, geralmente, suficiente para um processo de cozedura de 50-60 minutos.
Se, por ventura, for necessário colocar mais água no depósito, surge a mensagem:

O painel pode ser aberto durante o funcionamento do forno.

ENCHER O DEPÓSITO DE ÁGUA
Todas as funções exigem que o depósito de água esteja cheio.
Encha o depósito com água potável fresca fria até à marcação “MAX” e coloque-o na parte superior do forno até encaixar. Aproximadamente 0,8l.

Deite 0,5 litros no máx., para garantir que a água não transborda quando volta ao depósito. PERIGO DE TRANSBORDO!
ESVAZIAR O DEPÓSITO DE ÁGUA Quando o aparelho é desligado, a água restante é bombeada de volta ao depósito de água.

NOTA Não utilize água esterilizada ou destilada para cozinhar com o forno a vapor. Os minerais na água são essenciais para que o processo de cozedura funcione.
NOTA Ao encher o tanque de água, a parte superior do tanque NÃO é totalmente vedada. O excesso de água no tanque poderá causar o transbordo quando o tanque for removido.

ATENÇÃO
A água no depósito pode estar quente. Perigo de queimaduras!

Dependendo da configuração da temperatura e da duração das funções de cozedura a vapor, este processo pode demorar até 1 hora para ser concluído. Espere

sempre até a mensagem pare de piscar no display antes de remover o tanque de água, tentar executar uma segunda função de vapor ou desligar o forno. Se o processo for interrompido antes de terminar, o bombeamento será reiniciado, o que pode fazer com que a bomba de água interna seque e faça algum barulho durante a operação. Ao longo do tempo, isto pode causar danos à bomba.
Quando toda a água se encontra novamente

INFORMAÇÃO Recomenda-se que retire e esvazie o depósito de água após cada processo de cozedura. Evitará o desenvolvimento de bactérias e de calcário no aparelho.
Se quiser realizar dois processos de cozedura a vapor sucessivos, não é necessário esvaziar o depósito de água.

Funcionamento a vapor
ATENÇÃO Quando se abre a porta, durante ou depois do processo de cozedura, sai vapor quente do aparelho. Afaste-se para o lado ou para trás.
Neste momento: · A produção de vapor foi interrompida. · As paredes interiores e o depósito de água
ainda estão quentes. Perigo de queimaduras! · O relógio pára, sendo mostrado o tempo de funcionamento restante (caso tenha sido regulado).
FIM DE UM CICLO DE COZINHAR
No final do tempo de cozedura programado, serão emitidos três apitos e o mostrador exibirá a palavra “END”, o forno inicia a função de redução de vapor. Esta função liberta, gradualmente, o vapor da cavidade, para que não exista uma libertação

súbita de vapor quando a porta do aparelho for aberta.
NOTA
Cubra la ranura dentro de la cavidad mientras no esté usando la sonda. Si no se cubrir la ranura, el horno se daña.
A ventoinha de arrefecimento pode continuar a funcionar por um certo período de tempo depois de o aparelho ter sido desligado. Esta é uma função normal, com o propósito de reduzir a temperatura no interior do forno.
Quando o mostrador exibe a palavra DEPO, significa que a água foi bombeada e que o depósito de água pode ser remova.
Remova o depósito de água e secá-lo minuciosamente. Deixar a área de cozinhar arrefecer por um momento, procedendo à sua limpeza e secagem com um pano. A porta deve ser deixada aberta por algum tempo, de modo a que o aparelho possa secar por completo.

É normal que, durante o funcionamento, o forno liberte vapor de forma intermitente na parte da frente.
Esta situação nota se mais durante o inverno ou em ambientes com humidade mais elevada.

Descalcificação
PROCEDIMENTO DE DESCALCIFICAÇÃO
1. Toque em ou em até o símbolo de descalcificação piscar no ecrã.
3. Pressione a tecla para iniciar a função de descalcificação.
4. Quando o visor mostra a mensagem “0.5L”, remova o depósito de água.

5. Deite 0.5 litros de um produto de descalcificação adequado no depósito de água e volte a colocá-lo no sítio correto.
6. Pressione a tecla O ciclo de descalcificação é iniciado e demora cerca de 30 minutos.
7. O processo de descalcificação é silencioso e durante o processo o ecrã mostra a percentagem para o fim do processo e o
símbolo de descalcificação .

8. Quando o ecrã exibe

e o forno apitar,

remova e esvazie o depósito.

9. Encha o depósito de água com 0.5 litros de água fria e volte a colocá-lo no sítio.

10. Feche o painel. Começa o primeiro ciclo de lavagem.

11. Quando o ecrã exibir novamente

forno emitir um apito, remova e esvazie o

depósito de água.

12. Encha o depósito de água com 0.5 litros de água fria e coloque-o novamente no sítio.

13. Feche o painel. Começa o segundo ciclo de lavagem.

14. Quando o ciclo de lavagem tiver terminado

será exibido no ecrã o símbolo e o forno emite um sinal sonoro até que o depósito de água seja removido.
15. Retirar, esvaziar e secar o depósito de água.

CANCELAR A DESCALCIFICAÇÃO
É possível cancelar o processo de descalcificação antes de remover o depósito da água pela primeira vez (ponto 4).

Função Teka Hydroclean®
Esta função facilita a limpeza de gordura e restos de sujidade que tenham aderido às paredes do forno. Para facilitar a limpeza, evite a acumulação de sujidade. Limpe frequentemente o forno.
PROGRAMAR A FUNÇÃO TEKA HYDROCLEAN®
ATENÇÃO Não verta água no interior do forno enquanto este ainda estiver quente, pois poderá danificar o esmalte do mesmo.
Realize sempre o ciclo com o forno frio. Se o procedimento for efetuado com o forno demasiado quente, poderá haver alterações no resultado e poderá danificar o esmalte. Retire previamente os tabuleiros e todos os acessórios do interior do forno, incluindo os suportes dos tabuleiros ou as guias telescópicas. Para tal, siga as instruções presentes no manual de instalação e manutenção fornecido com o forno. 1. Com o forno frio, coloque um pano estendi-
do na base do forno.

WARNING
The sensitivity of the touch keys adapts continually to environmental conditions. Make sure the surface of the control panel is clean and free of obstacles when plugging in the oven.
If the clock does not respond correctly when you touch the keys, unplug the oven for a few seconds and then plug it in again. Doing this causes the sensors to adjust automatically so that they will react once more to fingertip control.
SHOWROOM MODE
With the DEMO mode activated, you can control the oven without heating. This mode must be activated before setting the time on the clock if it is to be installed in an exhibition with a mains power connection.
Activating DEMO mode
Press the buttons and simultaneously on the programing mode, until SHO appears on the screen.
Then, set the time on the oven.
The letters SHO are displayed for a few seconds every minute to indicate the state of the appliance.
The oven can be used as normal but it will not heat up.
To switch off the DEMO Mode, disconnect the appliance from the mains power supply.
SETTING THE TIME · To set the time on the oven, the function and
temperature dials must be in the position. · When you plug in the oven, you will see the
clock flashing 12:00. · Touch or to adjust the hours and
then the minutes. You will hear a double beep confirming the time is set.

· If you wish to modify the time, touch or until the time starts flashing. Touch
and and follow the instructions in the previous point.
NOTE The clock light has a night mode so the display light will dim between 00:00 and 6:00 hours.
WARNING In the event of a power failure, your electronic clock/timer settings will be erased.
If this happens, turn the function and temperature dials to the position.
The indication 12:00 will show, and you will then be able to set the time as described above.
If the oven door was locked before the power cut, the locked symbol will show until it is unlocked.
This may take several minutes, depending on the temperature inside the oven, and during this time you cannot reset the time.
Once the door is unlocked, you can set the time as described above.

Oven use
MANUAL OPERATION · After setting the clock, the oven is ready
for use. On turning the control dial, the predefined temperature is shown for each function. Turn the temperature dial to select a new temperature and press to confirm selection.
INFORMATION
While cooking, when the selector switch is turned, the clock display will show the temperature and it is possible to change the oven cooking temperature by turning the temperature dial again and pressing to confirm.
· You will notice that the symbol lights up during cooking to indicate that heat is being

transmitted to the food. This symbol disappears when the selected temperature has been reached. · Set the controls to to turn off the oven.
INFORMATION When you start cooking, your oven will show the time the oven has been cooking.
INFORMATION If you have selected the steam cooking function, remember to fill the water tank before starting to cook. The symbol remains lit on the clock display throughout the cooking process.

OVEN TIMER OPERATION Programming the Buzzer 1. Touch or until the symbol on the
display starts flashing, then press . The indication `00:00′ will appear on the display. 2. Select the time after which you want the alarm to sound by pressing or . You will hear 2 beeps to confirm that the time has been set and the clock will start counting down from the selected time. The symbol will flash slowly. 3. Once the time has expired, an acoustic signal will sound for 90 seconds and the symbol will flash quickly.
NOTE With the Buzzer function, the oven will not turn off when the time expires.
4. Touch any key to stop the alarm. The symbol will then disappear.
If you wish to modify the time on the buzzer, repeat the steps shown. Upon entering the timer control, the time currently remaining will appear, which you will be able to adjust.
NOTE With the Buzzer function, the remaining time will show permanently on the display. With this programmed function, it is not possible to view the time or the total programmed cooking time.

4. When the cycle is finished, the oven will turn itself off, a buzzer will sound and symbol will flash quickly.
5. Touch any sensor to stop the alarm and to turn off the , symbol. The oven will switch on again.
6. Set the controls to the position to turn off the oven.

You can change the remaining cooking time at any time by touching or until the symbol starts to flash quickly. Now press to change the time.

6. When it is time to start cooking, the oven will turn on and will operate for the programmed cooking time.

SAFETY CHILD LOCK
This function can be selected at any time while using the oven.
To activate the function, touch and hold key for several seconds until you hear a beep and the symbol appears on the display. The clock/ timer is locked.
If the oven is off and you activate the child safety function, the oven will not work even if a cooking function is selected.
If this function is activated while you are cooking, it will only lock the electronic clock/ timer settings.
To disable the function, press key for several seconds until you hear a beep.

Filling the water tank
OPENING THE FRONT PANEL
· Press the key for a few seconds. · The front panel slightly opens (15º). This
process is slow. · Complete the panel opening manually.

REFILLING THE WATER
The contents of the water tank normally suffice for one cooking session of 50-60 minutes. If, however, the water tank needs to be refilled, the Water refill message shows.

NOTE
The panel can be opened during the oven operation.

FILLING THE WATER TANK
All functions require the water tank to be full.
Fill the water tank up to the “MAX” mark with cold, fresh drinking water and introduce it into the slot located behind the front panel (maximum 0,8L).

Only fill the water tank up to a maximum of 0,5l to ensure that the water does not overflow when it is pumped back to the water tank. RISK OF OVERFLOW.
EMPTYING THE WATER TANK
When the appliance is switched off, the residual water is pumped back into the water tank.

WARNING
The water in the tank may be hot. Danger of burns!

NOTE Do not use sterilized or distilled water for cooking with the steam oven. The minerals in the water are essential for the cooking process to work.
NOTE When filling the water tank, the top section of the tank does NOT fully seal. Overfilling the tank will potentially cause the tank to leak when moved.

Depending on the temperature setting and length of the steam cooking functions, this can take up to 1 hour to complete. Always

wait until the appear on the display before removing the water tank, attempting to run a second steam function or switching off the power to the steam oven. If interrupted before finishing, the pumping will reset, which can cause the internal water pump to run dry and make a loud vibrating noise while it runs. Over time, this can cause damage to the pump.
After the water is pumped back to the water

tank, the display will show ing the following actions:

· Dry the water tank and introduce it back into the slot located above the cavity. Clean and dry the cooking space.
· Leave the appliance door open so that the cooking space can cool down and dry completely.

INFORMATION It is advisable to remove the water tank and empty it after a cooking cycle. This prevents the formation of bacteria and limestone inside the appliance.
If the water tank has not been removed from the oven and a new cooking cycle is startedl.

Steam operation
WARNING When opening the door during or upon completion of the cooking cycle, be careful of the flow of heat and/or steam coming out of the cooking chamber. Step back or to the side to avoid burns. Keep hands on the oven door until the door is fully opened to avoid being scalded.
At this point: · The steam generation is paused. · The cavity walls and the water tank are still
very hot. Danger of burning! · The timer stops and the display shows the
remaining operating time (if this has been set).
END OF A COOKING CYCLE
At the end of the programmed cooking time, you will hear three beeps and the display will show the word “END”, the oven starts the steam-reduction function.
This function gradually releases the steam from the cavity, so that there is less steam to flow out of the oven when the appliance door is opened.
The cooling fan can continue to run for a certain length of time after the appliance has been

switched off. This is a normal function that is meant to reduce the temperature inside the oven.
When the display shows the DEPO symbol, this means that the water was pumped and that the water tank can be removed.
Remove the water tank and dry it thoroughly. Let the cooking space cool down for a moment and then clean and dry it with a cloth. The door should be left open for some time so that the appliance can dry completely.
STEAM FLOW
It is normal to have an intermittent steam flow, coming out from the oven front.
This is especially noticeable in winter time or in high moisture environments.

RESIDUAL WATER IN THE OVEN
To reduce the residual water inside the oven, we recommend inserting a tray in the bottom position (position 1). The remaining moisture can be easily wiped off with a cloth or cleaning wipe. The water that condenses on the door collects in the lower part of the front of the oven. Excessive accumulation of liquid could overflow and cause damage to the kitchen unit. Remember to dry this area after cooking. You can access this part with the door open.

Descale
DESCALING PROCEDURE
1. Touch or until the descaling symbol flashes on the screen.
2. Press the to start the descaling function.
3. When the display shows “0,5”, remove the water tank.
4. Pour 0.5 liters of an adequate descaling solution into the water tank and put the water tank back.
5. Press . The Descale cycle is initiated and takes about 30 minutes.
6. The descaling process is silent and during this process, the display shows the percentage of the process and the descaling
symbol .
7. When the display shows and the oven emits a beep, remove and empty the water tank.
8. Fill the water tank with 0,5 liters of fresh water and put the water tank back.
9. Close the panel The first rinsing cycle starts.

10. When the display shows again and the oven emits a new beep, remove and empty the water tank.

11. Fill the water tank with 0.5l of cold water and put the water tank back.

12. Close the panel. The second rinsing cycle starts.

13. When the rinsing cycle has finished the dis-

play shows the symbol

beep, until the water tank is removed.

14. Remove, empty and dry the water tank.

CANCEL DESCALING
It is possible to cancel the descaling process before removing the water tank for the first time (point 4).

Teka Hydroclean® function
This function makes it easy to remove grease and other food debris that may have stuck to the sides of the oven.
For easier cleaning, do not allow dirt to accumulate. Clean the oven frequently.

INFORMATION For best results, add a teaspoon of mild washing up detergent to the glass of water before pouring onto the cloth.

PROGRAMMING THE TEKA HYDROCLEAN® FUNCTION
WARNING Do not pour water into a hot oven as this can damage the enamel of the oven.
Always run the cycle on a cold oven. The result could be affected and the varnish damaged if it is run when the oven is too hot. First remove the trays and all accessories from the oven interior, including the tray supports and telescopic guide rails. To do this, follow the instructions in the installation and maintenance guide accompanying the oven. 1. With the oven cold, spread a cloth out on the
bottom of the oven.

3. The control dial in position , touch or until the message HYCL is displayed on
screen.
4. Press to start the Hydroclean@ function. 5. You will hear a beep indicating that the Teka
Hydroclean® cycle has started. The symbol will flash slowly and the time remaining to complete the cycle will appear on the display.
IMPORTANT The duration of this cycle cannot be changed. To stop the cycle before it is finished, touch and the word STOP is displayed on screen. Press and the function will stop..
6. When the cycle is finished, the oven will turn itself off, an alarm will sound and the symbol will flash quickly.

IMPORTANT
Do not open the oven door until the Hydroclean® function is complete.
The cooling cycle is necessary for the function to work properly.

2. Gently pour 200 ml of water into the bottom of the oven cavity.

7. Touch any sensor with your fingertip to stop the alarm and turn off the symbol.
8. Any traces of dirt and excess water can now be removed from the oven with the damp cloth.
The Hydroclean® function takes place at a low temperature. However, cooling times can vary depending on the room temperature.

AVERTISSEUR : Allumé lorsque la fonction de l’avertisseur de l’horloge est sélectionnée. Il émet un signal sonore lorsque la durée programmée est écoulée. Le four ne s’éteint pas à la fin de la durée programmée. Cette fonction peut également être utilisée en cours de cuisson.

Lorsque l’heure sélectionnée est atteinte, le four s’éteint automatiquement. · et durée et fin de cuisson : Permet de programmer la durée et l’heure de fin de cuisson. Le four se met en marche automatiquement afin que celui-ci fonctionne pendant le temps de cuisson sélectionné (durée). Il s’éteint automatiquement à l’heure indiquée (fin de cuisson).
VERROUILLAGE DE L’HORLOGE : Il indique que les touches tactiles de l’horloge sont verrouillées afin d’éviter que les enfants en bas âge ne puissent les utiliser.

CHAUFFAGE : Indique que le four transmet actuellement de la chaleur à l’aliment.

MISE EN GARDE
La sensibilité des touches tactiles s’adapte aux conditions ambiantes en permanence. Veillez à ce que la surface du panneau de commandes frontal soit propre et libre de tout obstacle lorsque vous branchez le four au secteur électrique.
Il est nécessaire de débrancher le four du secteur électrique et de le rebrancher après un court instant si l’horloge ne répond pas correctement lorsque vous appuyez sur les touches. Ce procédé permet de régler automatiquement les commandes tactiles qui répondront de nouveau lorsque vous les toucherez avec le doigt.

RÉGLAGE DE L’HEURE · Pour mettre l’heure sur le four, les com-
mandes du sélectionneur de fonctions et de température doivent être en position . · Lorsque vous branchez le four, l’indication 12:00 se met à clignoter sur l’horloge. · Appuyez sur ou pour régler l’heure puis les minutes. 2 bips sonores consécutifs retentissent alors en guise de confirmation de la sélection de l’heure. · Si vous souhaitez modifier l’heure, appuyez sur ou jusqu’à ce que l’heure apparaisse en clignotant. Appuyez sur et suivez les mêmes étapes décrites ci-dessus.
REMARQUE
L’horloge est pourvue du mode éclairage nocturne, de façon à réduire l’intensité lumineuse de l’écran entre minuit et 6 heures.

MODE DEMO Lorsque le mode DEMO est activé, le four peut être utilisé sans qu’il ne chauffe. Ce mode doit être activé avant de régler l’heure sur l’horloge si celle-ci doit être installée dans un espace équipé d’une connexion au réseau électrique.
Activation du mode DÉMO Appuyez simultanément sur les touches et , jusqu’à ce que l’indication SHO Mettez ensuite le four à l’heure. Les lettres SHO s’affichent pendant quelques secondes toutes les minutes pour indiquer le mode de fonctionnement de l’appareil. Le four peut être utilisé comme prévu, mais il ne chauffe pas. Pour désactiver le mode DEMO, débranchez l’appareil du secteur.

MISE EN GARDE
En cas de coupure de courant, toute la programmation de l’horloge électronique est annulée.
Le cas échéant, tournez les commandes du sélectionneur de fonctions et de température en position .
L’indication 12:00 apparaîtra et, ensuite, vous pourrez mettre l’horloge à l’heure en suivant les instructions précédentes.
Si la porte du four était bloquée avant la coupure de courant, le symbole de blocage s’allumera jusqu’à ce que la porte se débloque.
Cela peut prendre plusieurs minutes en fonction de la température du four ; pendant ce temps, vous ne pourrez pas mettre l’horloge à l’heure.
Une fois la porte débloquée, vous pourrez mettre l’horloge à l’heure en suivant les instructions précédentes.

Fonctionnement du four
FONCTIONNEMENT MANUEL · Une fois l’horloge rgle, votre four est
prêt à fonctionner. En tournant la molette de commande, la température programmée s’affiche pour chaque fonction. Tournez le sélecteur de température pour choisir une nouvelle température et appuyez sur pour confirmer la sélection.
INFORMATION Lors de la cuisson, il est possible de modifier la température de cuisson du four en tournant à nouveau le sélecteur et en appuyant sur pour confirmer.

· Vous remarquerez que le symbole s’allume durant la cuisson, indiquant ainsi que la chaleur est transmise à l’aliment. Ce symbole s’éteint lorsque la température sélectionnée est atteinte.
· Pour teindre le four, placez les commandes sur la position .
INFORMATION Lorsque vous lancez une cuisson, votre four affichera le temps de cuisson effectué par votre four.
INFORMATION Si vous avez sélectionné la fonction de cuisson à la vapeur, n’oubliez pas de remplir le réservoir d’eau avant de lancer la cuisson. Le symbole reste allumé sur l’affichage de l’horloge pendant toute la durée de la cuisson.

Le four ne s’éteint pas au terme du temps programmé lorsque la fonction Avertisseur est activée.

VERROUILLAGE DE SÉCURITÉ POUR LES ENFANTS
Cette fonction peut être sélectionnée à tout moment pendant l’utilisation du four.
Pour activer la fonction, appuyez de façon prolongée le touch jusqu’à ce qu’un bip sonore retentisse et que le symbole s’affiche à l’écran. Ce message indique que l’horloge est verrouillée.
Si la fonction de sécurité enfants est activée lorsque le four est éteint, l’appareil ne fonctionne pas même si une fonction de cuisson est sélectionnée.
Si cette fonction est activée pendant que vous cuisinez avec le four, seule la manipulation de l’horloge électronique sera verrouillée.
Pour désactiver la fonction, maintenez le touch enfoncée jusqu’à ce qu’un bip sonore retentisse.

Alimentation en eau
OUVRIR LE PANNEAU AVANT · Appuyez sur la touche pendant quelques

(15 º). Ce processus est lent. · Terminer l’ouverture du panneau manuelle-

REMARQUE
Le panneau peut être ouvert pendant le fonctionnement du four.

REMPLIR A NOUVEAU L’EAU
La contenance du réservoir d’eau est suffisante pour une cuisson de 50-60 minutes.
S’il s’avère nécessaire de remplir à nouveau le réservoir d’eau, le message de remplissage en eau apparaît.

REMPLIR LE RESERVOIR D’EAU
Le réservoir d’eau doit toujours être rempli pour tous les programmes.
Remplir le réservoir d’eau jusqu’au niveau maximum indiqué par le repère « MAX », avec de l’eau potable froide et introduire le réservoir dans l’emplacement situé derrière le panneau avant (maximum 0,8 l).

Versez un maximum de 0,5 litre pour être sûr que l’eau ne déborde pas lorsqu’elle est de nouveau pompée dans le réservoir. RISQUE DE DÉBORDEMENT!
VIDER LE RESERVOIR D’EAU
Lorsque l’appareil est éteint, l’eau est de nouveau pompée dans le réservoir.

REMARQUE N’utilisez pas l’eau stérilisée ou distillée pour cuire les aliments dans le four à vapeur. Les minéraux présents dans l’eau sont importants pour la réalisation du processus de cuisson.
REMARQUE Lors du remplissage du réservoir d’eau, la partie supérieure du réservoir n’est PAS complètement étanche. Le remplissage excessif du réservoir peut provoquer des fuites lors de son déplacement.

Selon le réglage de température et la durée des fonctions de cuisson à vapeur, le remplissage peut durer 1 heure. Atten-

dez toujours que

rompu, le pompage recommence, ce qui

Une fois l’eau pompée dans le réservoir, l’écran

affiche le message . Procédez comme suit:

· Retirez le réservoir de l’appareil et videz-le.
· SSécchheezz-llee eett rreeppllaacceezz-llee ddaannss ll”aappppaarreeiill.. SSéchez l’enceinte de l’appareil.
· Laissez la porte de l’appareil ouvert jusqu’à ce qu’il soit froid et complètement sec.

Fonctionnement à la vapeur
ATTENTION Lorsque vous ouvrez la porte pendant la cuisson ou à la fin de celle-ci, prenez garde à l’évacuation de l’air chaud et/ ou de la vapeur qui s’échappe de l’enceinte de cuisson. Reculez ou mettez-vous sur le côté pour éviter les brûlures.
A ce moment là: · Le générateur de vapeur est interrompu. · Les murs de la cavité et le réservoir sont
encore très chauds. Risque de brûlures ! · La minuterie s’arrête et l’affichage indique le
temps de fonctionnement restant (si celui-ci avait été réglé).
FIN DU CYCLE DE CUISSON
À la fin du temps de cuisson programmé, la fonction de réduction de vapeur du four se met en marche. A la fin du processus, vous entendrez trois bips et le mot «END» s’affichera.
Cette fonction laisse la vapeur s’échapper graduellement de la cavité, pour qu’il n’y ait pas un nuage de vapeur soudain lorsque la porte de l’appareil est ouverte.
Le ventilateur de refroidissement fonctionne encore un certain temps après que l’appareil

ait été éteint. C’est une fonction normale qui permet de diminuer la température à l’intérieur du four.
Lorsque l’affichage indique le symbole DEPO, cela signifie que l’eau a été renvoyée dans le réservoir d’eau et que celui-ci peut être enlever.
Enlever le réservoir d’eau et séchez-le complètement. Laissez l’espace cuisson se refroidir pendant un moment, puis nettoyez-le et séchez-le avec un chiffon. La porte de l’appareil doit rester ouverte un petit moment pour que celui-ci puisse sécher complètement.
ÉCOULEMENT DE VAPEUR
Il est normal qu’il y ait un écoulement de vapeur intermittent sortant de la partie frontale du four.
Cela est spécialement visible en hiver ou dans un environnement très humide.

EAU RESIDUELLE DANS LE FOUR
Pour réduire l’eau qui subsiste à l’intérieur du four, nous vous recommandons d’insérer un plateau dans la position inférieure (position 1). On peut facilement essuyer l’humidité restante avec un chiffon ou une lingette de nettoyage. L’eau qui se condense sur la porte s’accumule dans la partie inférieure de la façade du four. Une accumulation excessive de liquide pourrait déborder et entraîner des dommages à la structure de la cuisine. Pensez à sécher cette zone après la cuisson. Vous pouvez accéder à cette partie avec la porte ouverte.

Détartrage

PROCÉDURE DE DÉTARTRAGE

1. Appuyez sur ou

jusqu’à ce que

le symbole de détartrage clignote à

l’écran.

2. Appuyer sur pour démarrer la fonction de détartrage.

3. Lorsque l’écran affiche «0,5», retirer le réservoir d’eau.

4. Verser 0,5 litre d’un produit détartrant approprié dans le réservoir d’eau et remettre le réservoir d’eau en place.

5. Actionner . Le cycle de détartrage commence et dure environ 30 minutes.

6. Le processus de détartrage est silencieux et pendant ce processus, l’écran indique le pourcentage du processus et le symbole de

détartrage .

7. Lorsque

Fonction Teka Hydroclean®
Cette fonction facilite le nettoyage des traces de graisse et de saleté pouvant rester collées aux parois du four.
Pour un nettoyage plus efficace, évitez que la saleté ne s’accumule. Nettoyez régulièrement le four.

INFORMATION Pour un meilleur résultat, ajoutez une cuillère de produit nettoyant doux pour vaisselle dans le verre d’eau avant de le verser sur le chiffon.

PROGRAMMER LA FONCTION TEKA HYDROCLEAN®
MISE EN GARDE
Ne versez pas d’eau à l’intérieur du four chaud : cette opération peut endommager l’émail de votre four.
Effectuez systématiquement le cycle de nettoyage lorsque le four est froid. Si le cycle est lancé avec un four trop chaud, il est possible que le résultat ne soit pas celui attendu en plus d’affecter l’émail.
Retirez préalablement les plaques et tous les accessoires présents à l’intérieur du four, y compris les supports de plaques ou les rails télescopiques.
Pour ce faire, suivez les instructions figurant dans le manuel d’installation et d’entretien fourni avec votre four.
1. Lorsque le four est froid, placez un chiffon au fond de celui-ci.

3. La molette de commande en position , appuyez sur ou jusqu’à ce que le message HYCL s’affiche à l’écran.
4. Appuyez sur pour lancer la fonction Hydroclean@.
5. À l’heure de fin de cycle, le four s’éteint, un signal sonore retentit et le symbole se met à clignoter rapidement.
IMPORTANT La durée de cette fonction ne peut pas être modifiée. Pour arrêter le processus avant la fin, appuyez sur et le message STOP s’affiche à l’écran. Appuyez sur et la fonction se termine.
6. Appuyez sur n’importe quelle touche avec votre doigt pour couper le signal sonore et éteindre le symbole .
IMPORTANT Maintenez la porte du four fermée jusqu’à la fin de la fonction Hydroclean®. La phase de refroidissement est nécessaire au bon déroulement de cette dernière.

2. Versez lentement 200 ml d’eau dans la cavité inférieure du four.

7. Appuyez sur n’importe quelle touche avec votre doigt pour couper le signal sonore et éteindre le symbole .
8. Le four est prêt pour retirer les restes de saleté et l’excès d’eau avec le chiffon.
La fonction Hydroclean® est réalisée à basse température. Les durées de refroidissement peuvent néanmoins varier en fonction de la température ambiante.

ACHTUNG
Die Empfindlichkeit der Touch-Tasten passt sich ständig den Umgebungsbedingungen an. Wenn Sie den Ofen an das Stromnetz anschließen, müssen Sie darauf achten, dass die Oberfläche des Bedienfeldes sauber und frei von Hindernissen ist.
Sollte die Uhr bei Berührung der Tasten nicht richtig reagieren, ist der Ofen vom Stromnetz zu trennen und nach einem Augenblick wieder anzuschließen. Auf diese Weise stellen sich die Sensoren automatisch richtig ein und reagieren wieder auf Berührung mit dem Finger.
DEMO-MODUS Bei eingeschaltetem DEMO-Modus kann der Backofen ohne Aufheizen bedient werden.
Dieser Modus sollte vor dem Einstellen der Uhrzeit auf der Uhr aktiviert werden, sofern die Uhr in einer Ausstellung mit Netzanschluss installiert werden soll.
Einschalten des DEMO-Modus
Gleichzeitig die Tasten und drücken, bis auf dem Bildschirm die Anzeige SHO erscheint.
Anschließend die Uhrzeit einstellen.
Die Buchstaben SHO werden minütlich für ein paar Sekunden angezeigt, um den Status des Geräts anzuzeigen.
Der Backofen kann wie gewohnt benutzt werden, aber er heizt nicht auf.
Um den DEMO-Modus zu deaktivieren, trennen Sie das Gerät von der Netzstromversorgung.

ANMERKUNG
Ihre Uhr besitzt einen nächtlichen Beleuchtungsmodus, sodass die Lichtintensität des Displays zwischen 00:00 und 6:00 Uhr sinkt.
ACHTUNG
Im Falle eines Stromausfalls wird die gesamte Programmierung der elektronischen Uhr gelöscht.
In diesem Fall müssen Sie die Funktionsund Temperaturwahlschalter auf die Stellung stellen.
Auf der Anzeige erscheint 12:00. Im Anschluss können Sie die Uhrzeit einstellen, indem Sie die o. a. Anweisungen befolgen.
Wenn die Backofentür vor dem Stromausfall gesperrt war, leuchtet das Sperrsymbol auf, bis die Tür entsperrt wird.
Das kann in Abhängigkeit von der Temperatur, auf der sich der Backofen befindet, mehrere Minuten dauern. Während dieser Zeit können Sie die Uhr nicht einstellen.
Sobald die Tür entsperrt ist, können Sie die Uhrzeit einstellen, indem Sie die o. a. Anweisungen befolgen.

Bedienung des Backofens
MANUELLER BETRIEB · Nach Einstellung der Uhrzeit ist der Back-
ofen funktionsbereit. Beim Betätigen des Drehreglers wird die vordefinierte Temperatur für die jeweilige Funktion angezeigt. Drehen Sie den Temperaturregler, um eine neue Temperatur auszuwählen, und drücken Sie
, um diese Auswahl zu bestätigen.

· Zum Ausschalten des Backofens müssen Sie die Schalter auf die Position auf die Position stellen.
HINWEIS Bei Beginn des Garvorgangs zeigt der Backofen die bisherige Garzeit an.

HINWEIS Während des Kochvorgangs können Sie die Temperatur im Backofen ändern, indem Sie den Temperaturregler erneut drehen und zur Bestätigung drücken.
· Sie sehen, dass das Symbol während des Garens leuchtet, um die Wärmeübertragung auf das Essen anzuzeigen. Dieses Symbol erlischt, wenn die gewählte Temperatur erreicht ist.

Bei der Timerfunktion schaltet sich der Backofen nach Ablauf der programmierten Dauer nicht ab.
4. Berühren Sie eine beliebige Taste, um das akustische Signal zu stoppen. Im selben Moment schaltet sich das Symbol aus.
Wenn Sie die Timer-Zeit ändern möchten, müssen Sie die gezeigten Schritte erneut ausführen. Wenn Sie auf den Timer zugreifen, erscheint die aktuell verbleibende Zeit. Diese kann geändert werden.

Wenn der Backofen ausgeschaltet ist und Sie die Kindersicherung aktivieren, gart der Backofen auch dann nicht, wenn Sie eine Garfunktion wählen.
Wenn Sie diese Funktion aktivieren, während Sie mit dem Ofen backen oder braten, blockieren Sie nur die Handhabung des elektronischen Timers.
Um die Funktion auszuschalten, berühren Sie und halten diese gedrückt, bis Sie 1 Piepton hören.

Wasser einfüllen
FRONTBLENDE ÖFFNEN · Drücken Sie einige Sekunden lang die
Taste . · Die Frontblende öffnet sich einen Spalt
(ca.15 º). Dies geschieht langsam. · Öffnen Sie die Blende anschließend von
Hand vollständig.

WASSER NACHFÜLLEN
Der Wasserinhalt reicht normalerweise für einen Kochvorgang von 50-60 Minuten.
Falls der Wassertank nachgefüllt werden muss, die folgende Meldung erscheint.

ANMERKUNG Die Blende kann während des Ofenbetriebs geöffnet werden.
WASSERTANK FÜLLEN Bei allen Funktionen muss der Wassertank voll sein. Füllen Sie denn Wassertank bis zur ,,MAX”Markierung mit kaltem, frischem Trinkwasser. Verwenden Sie dazu den Schlitz hinter der Frontblende (maximal 0,8 l).

Nur maximal bis 0,5 Litern nachfüllen, um sicher zu seien, dass das Wasser beim Zurückpumpen in den Wassertank nicht überläuft. GEFAHR DES ÜBERLAUFENS!
WASSERTANK ENTLEEREN
Wenn das Gerät ausgeschaltet wird, wird das restliche Wasser zurück in den Wassertank gepumpt.

HINWEIS Verwenden Sie weder sterilisiertes noch destilliertes Wasser zum Garen im Dampfofen. Die im Wasser gelösten Mineralstoffe sind für den Garvorgang unverzichtbar.
HINWEIS Wenn Sie den Wassertank befüllen, wird der obere Tankbereich NICHT vollständig versiegelt. Eine Überfüllung des Tanks kann, sollte dieser bewegt werden, möglicherweise zum Überlaufen führen.

ACHTUNG
Das Wasser im Tank kann heiß sein. Gefahr von Brandverletzungen!
Abhängig von den Temperatureinstellungen und der Zeitdauer der Dampfgarfunktionen kann dies bis zu 1 Stunde dauern. Warten Sie bis die nicht länger auf der Bildschirmanzeige leuchtet, bevor Sie den Wassertank entnehmen, versuchen, eine zweite Dampffunktion einzuschalten, oder den Strom für den Dampfofen ausschalten. Sollte es eine Unterbrechung vor dem Ende geben, wird sich die Pumpfunktion zurücksetzen, was zum Trockenlaufen der internen Pumpe führen kann, was durch laute Vibrationsgeräusche bei laufender Pumpe angezeigt wird. Mit der Zeit kann die zu Schäden an der Pumpe führen.

Nachdem das Wasser wieder zum Wassertank
gepumpt wurde, steht auf der Anzeige , Gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
· Den Wassertank aus dem Gerät ziehen und entleeren.
· Den Wassertank austrocknen und wieder ins Gerät schieben. Den Innenraum des Gerätes trocken wischen.
· Lassen Sie die Gerätetür geöffnet, bis das Gerät abgekühlt und völlig trocken ist.

Entfernen sie den Wassertank und trocknen ihn gründlich ab. Den Geräteinnenraum etwas abkühlen lassen und dann mit einem Tuch trockenwischen. Die Gerätetür sollte noch einige Zeit geöffnet bleiben damit das Gerät völlig austrocknet.

DAMPFAUSTOSS
Ein wechselnder Dampfaustoss ist bei diesem Gerät normal, dieser wird besonders in der.
Winterzeit oder in feuchten Umgebungen deutlich.

ENDE EINES KOCHVORGANGS
Am Ende der vorprogrammierten Kochzeit, Am Ende des Vorgangs ertönen 3 Signale, und auf der Anzeige erscheint die Angabe ,,End”.
Diese Funktion stößt schrittweise den Dampf aus dem Garraum, so dass weniger Dampf beim öffnen der Tür aus dem Gerät strömt.
Nachdem das Gerät ausgeschaltet wurde läuft das Gebläse einige Zeit weiter. Diese Funktion soll die Temperatur des Einbaugeräts reduzieren.

RESTWASSERMENGE IM GARRAUM
Um das Restwasser im Dampfgarer zu reduzieren, empfehlen wir, eine Schale in die unterste Position zu schieben (Position 1). Die restliche Feuchtigkeit kann mit einem Lappen oder Reinigungstuch leicht entfernt werden. Das Wasser, das an der Tür kondensiert, sammelt sich im unteren Teil der Vorderseite des Dampfgarers. Eine übermäßige Flüssigkeitsansammlung könnte überlaufen und zu Beschädigungen am Gerät führen. Trocknen Sie diesen Bereich nach dem Kochen deshalb immer gut ab. Bei offener Tür ist dieser Bereich gut zugänglich.

Entkalken
ENTKALKUNGSVORGANG
1. Berühren Sie oder , bis das Symbol für das Entkalken auf dem Bildschirm blinkt.
2. Drücken Sie zum Starten der Entkalkungsfunktion.
3. Wenn das Display ,,0,5″ anzeigt, entfernen Sie den Wassertank.
4. Geben Sie 0,5 Liter einer geeigneten Entkalkungslösung in den Wassertank, und setzen Sie diesen wieder ein.
5. Drücken Sie . Der Entkalkungsvorgang mit einer Dauer von 30 Minuten beginnt.
6. Die Entkalkung ist lautlos und während des Vorgangs zeigt das Display den Prozentsatz des Vorgangs und das Entkalken-Symbol
an.

7. Sobald im Display die Anzeige

10. Sobald im Display erneut die Anzeige erscheint und der Dampfgarer ein weiteres akustisches Signal aussendet, nehmen Sie den Wassertank heraus und entleeren ihn.

11. Füllen Sie 0,5 Liter kaltes Wasser in den Tank, und setzen Sie ihn wieder ein.

12. Blende schließen. Der zweite Spülvorgang beginnt.

13. Wenn der Spülschritt abgeschlossen ist,

zeigt das Display das Symbol

wird ein akustisches Signal ausgegeben,

bis der Wassertank entfernt wird.

14. Nehmen Sie den Wassertank ab, und entleeren und trocknen Sie diesen.

Teka Hydroclean® Funktion
Mit dieser Funktion wird die Reinigung der Fettund Schmutzreste, die an den Backofenwänden haften, erleichtert.
Verhindern Sie die Ansammlung von Schmutz, damit die Reinigung leichter erfolgen kann. Reinigen Sie den Backofen regelmäßig.
PROGRAMMIERUNG DER TEKA HYDROCLEAN® FUNKTION
ACHTUNG
Gießen Sie kein Wasser in den heißen Backofen. Dadurch könnte die Emaillierung beschädigt werden.
Führen Sie den Reinigungszyklus immer bei kaltem Ofen aus. Wenn Sie ihn bei zu heißem Backofen durchführen, kann das Ergebnis beeinträchtigt und sin außerdem die Emaillierung beschädigt werden.
Nehmen Sie vorher die Bleche und alle Zubehörteile inkl. die Blechhalterungen oder ausziehbaren Schienen aus dem Backofeninneren.
Befolgen Sie dafür die Anweisungen, die im Einbau- und Wartungshandbuch, das zum Lieferumfang des Backofens gehört, angegeben sind.
1. Legen Sie bei kaltem Backofen ein geöffnetes Tuch auf den Backofenboden.

HINWEIS Um das Ergebnis zu verbessern, können Sie dem Glas Wasser einen Teelöffel mildes Geschirrspülmittel hinzufügen, bevor sie es über das Tuch gießen.
3. Bringen Sie den Drehregler in Position *, berühren Sier oder , bis die Meldung HYCL auf dem Bildschirm angezeigt wird.
4. Drücken Sie , um die Hydroclean@-Funktion zu starten.

WICHTIG Die Dauer dieser Funktion kann nicht geändert werden. Um sie vorher zu beenden, müssen Sie den Funktionswahlschalter auf die Position stellen.
6. Nach Ablauf der programmierten Zeit schaltet sich der Backofen aus, es ertönt ein akustisches Signal und das Symbol blinkt schnell.

WICHTIG
Öffnen Sie die Ofentür nicht, bis die Hydroclean® Funktion beendet ist.
Die Abkühlphase ist für den korrekten Ablauf der Funktion notwendig.

2. Gießen Sie langsam 200 ml Wasser in den unteren Teil der Backofenröhre.

7. Berühren Sie mit dem Finger eine beliebige Taste, um das akustische Signal und das Symbol auszuschalten.
8. Der Backofen ist bereit, um die Schmutzreste und das übrige Wasser mit dem Tuch entfernen zu können.

Die Hydroclean® Funktion erfolgt bei niedriger Temperatur. Allerdings kann die Abkühlzeit je nach Außentemperatur unterschiedlich sein.

ACHTUNG
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Innenflächen des Ofens die richtige Temperatur haben, bevor Sie sie berühren.

Sollte nach der Hydroclean® Funktion eine gründlichere Reinigung erforderlich sein, müssen Sie neutrale Reinigungsmittel und nicht scheuernde Schwämme verwenden.

2 SYMBOLEN
Functies van de klok
KOOKWEKKER: Licht op als de kookwekkerfunctie van de klok wordt geselecteerd. Geeft een geluidssignaal na afloop van de ingestelde tijd. De oven gaat niet uit nadat de tijd is afgelopen. Deze functie kan ook gebruikt worden wanneer de oven niet in gebruik is.
en PROGRAMMERING: lichten op om aan te geven dat de oven is geprogrammeerd (duur, eind of totaal).

· Baktijd: Om gedurende de ingestelde tijd te bakken. Daarna gaat de oven automatisch uit.
· Eindtijd van het bakproces: Om tot het ingestelde tijdstip te bakken. Daarna gaat de oven automatisch uit.
· en Duur en einde van het bakproces: Om de baktijd en de eindtijd van het bakproces te programmeren. De oven gaat automatisch aan om te bakken gedurende de ingestelde tijd (baktijd). Vervolgens gaat hij automatisch uit op het aangeduide tijdstip (eindtijd).
VERGRENDELING VAN DE KLOK: Geeft aan dat de touchtoetsen van de klok zijn geblokkeerd zodat ze niet door kleine kinderen kunnen worden ingedrukt.
Andere functies
VERWARMING: Geeft aan dat de oven warmte naar het voedsel overbrengt.
HYDROCLEAN: Licht op tijdens de Teka Hydroclean® functie.
STOOMFUNCTIE: geeft aan dat er met stoom gekookt wordt.
ONTKALKEN: blijft tijdens het hele ontkalkingsproces branden.
WATERHARDHEID: blijft tijdens het definiëren van de waterhardheid branden.
WATERTEKORT: blijft branden wanneer het waterreservoir moet worden bijgevuld.

LET OP
De gevoeligheid van de touchtoetsen past zich continu aan de omgevingsomstandigheden aan. Wanneer u de oven op het elektriciteitsnet aansluit, dient u erop te letten dat het oppervlak van het bedieningspaneel schoon en obstakelvrij is.
Als u de toetsen met uw vinger aanraakt maar de oven niet op juiste wijze reageert, koppel dan de oven van het elektriciteitsnet los en sluit hem na een tijdje opnieuw aan. Op deze manier worden de sensoren automatisch ingesteld en reageren zij opnieuw nadat ze met de vinger worden aangeraakt.

OPMERKING
Uw klok heeft een nachtverlichtingsfunctie, zodat u de lichtsterkte van het scherm tussen 00:00 en 6:00 uur kunt verminderen.

DEMO-FUNCTIE Met ingeschakelde DEMO-functie kunt u de oven bedienen zonder hem te verwarmen. Deze modus moet worden geactiveerd voordat de tijd wordt ingesteld op de klok als deze wordt geïnstalleerd in een opstelling met een netstroomaansluiting.
Inschakeling van de DEMO-functie.
Dient u eerst op de toetsen en te drukken totdat op het scherm de aanduiding SHO verschijnt.
Zet daarna de ovenklok gelijk.
De letters SHO worden elke minuut een aantal seconden weergegeven om de status van de apparatuur aan te geven.
De oven kan zoals normaal worden gebruikt, maar deze wordt niet verwarmd.
Als u de Demomus wilt uitschakelen, koppelt u het apparaat los van de netstroomvoeding.
GELIJKZETTEN · Om de tijd van de ovenklok gelijk te zetten
moeten de functie- en temperatuurschakelaars zich in stand bevinden.

LET OP
Bij een stroomonderbreking wordt de hele programmering van de elektronische klok gewist.
Draai vervolgens de functie- en temperatuurschakelaars in stand .
De aanduiding 12:00 verschijnt, waarna u de klok gelijk kunt zetten volgens de voornoemde aanwijzingen.
Als de ovendeur voor de stroomonderbreking vergrendeld was, gaat het vergrendelsymbool branden totdat de deur wordt ontgrendeld.
Dit kan een paar minuten duren, afhankelijk van de temperatuur van de oven. In deze tijd kan de klok niet worden gelijkgezet.
Nadat de ovendeur is ontgrendeld kunt u de klok gelijkzetten volgens de voornoemde aanwijzingen.
WATERHARDHEID · Na het instellen van de klok moet u de
waterhardheid instellen. · De optie waterhardheid wordt aangegeven
op het display. · Om de optie te wijzigen, draait u aan de re-
chterkeuzeknop.

Bij een stroomonderbreking worden de waterhardheidinstellingen gewist. Reset en programmeer opnieuw nadat de stroom terug is.

Bediening van de oven
HANDMATIGE WERKING
· Nadat de klok is gelijkgezet, is uw oven klaar voor gebruik. Selecteer een temperatuur en bakfunctie. Wanneer aan de bedieningsknop wordt gedraaid, wordt de vooraf gedefinieerde temperatuur voor elke functie weergegeven. Draai aan de temperatuurknop om een andere temperatuur te selecteren en druk op om de selectie te bevestigen.

WERKING VAN DE TIMING VAN DE OVEN
De kookwekker programmeren
1. Druk op of totdat het symbool op het scherm gaat knipperen en druk op . Op het scherm verschijnt de aanduiding 00:00.
2. Selecteer de tijd waarna de kookwekker moet afgaan door te drukken op of . Er klinken 2 pieptonen ter bevestiging en de aftelling vanaf de geselecteerde tijd wordt weergegeven. Het symbool gaat traag knipperen.
3. Wanneer de tijd voorbij is, klinkt er 90 seconden lang een geluidssignaal en gaat het symbool snel knipperen.
OPMERKING
Met de kookwekkerfunctie gaat de oven na afloop van de geprogrammeerde tijd niet uit.

Met de functie Baktijd wordt de resterende tijd permanent op het scherm weergegeven. Als deze functie is geprogrammeerd kan de huidige tijd niet op het scherm worden weergegeven.

3. Druk op of totdat het symbool op het scherm gaat knipperen en druk op . Op het scherm verschijnt de geprogrammeerde eindtijd.
4. Stel de eindtijd van het bakproces in door te drukken op of . U hoort twee pieptonen, de huidige tijd wordt op het scherm weergegeven.
5. Selecteer een bakfunctie en -temperatuur. De oven blijft uitgeschakeld en de symbolen en blijven branden. Uw oven is geprogrammeerd.

KINDERBEVELIGING Deze functie kan op elk moment tijdens het gebruik van de oven worden ingeschakeld. Druk hiervoor een tijdje op de toets totdat u een pieptoon hoort en het symbool op het scherm verschijnt. De klok is vergrendeld. Als de oven is uitgeschakeld en u zet de kinderbeveiliging aan, dan zal de oven niet werken ook al selecteert u een bakfunctie. Als u deze functie aanzet terwijl de oven in werking is, wordt alleen de bediening van de elektronische klok vergrendeld. Om de functie uit te schakelen dient u een tijdje op de toets te drukken totdat u een pieptoon hoort.

Water bijvullen
VOORPANEEL OPENEN
· ruk de toets enkele seconden in. · Het voorpaneel gaat een stukje open (15º).
Dit is een langzaam proces.
· Open het paneel met de hand volledig.

WATER BIJVULLEN
De hoeveelheid water is voldoende voor een werking van ongeveer 50-60 minuten.
Als het nodig is het waterreservoir bij te vullen gaat het licht van het waterreservoir aan.

OPMERKING
Het paneel kan worden geopend terwijl de oven werkt.

HET WATERRESERVOIR VULLEN
Bij alle programma’s moet het waterreservoir steeds vol zijn.
Vul het waterreservoir met koud drinkwater tot aan de aanduiding: “MAX” en totdat er ongeveer 0,8 liter water in is gegaan. Plaats het reservoir dan weer terug in het apparaat.

Vul de watertank tot maximaal 0,5 liter om te voorkomen dat het water overstroomt als het teruggepompt wordt in de watertank. RISICO OP OVERSTROMEN.
DE WATERTANK LEEG MAKEN
Als het apparaat wordt uitgeschakeld, wordt het overgebleven water terug gepompt in de watertank.

OPMERKING Gebruik geen gesteriliseerd of gedistilleerd water om te koken in de stoomoven. De mineralen in het water zijn essentieel voor het bereidingsproces.
OPMERKING Wanneer u het waterreservoir opvult, sluit het bovenste deel van het reservoir NIET volledig af. Het reservoir opvullen kan resulteren in lekken wanneer het reservoir wordt verplaatst.

WAARSCHUWING
De watertank kan heet zijn. Verbrandingsgevaar!

Afhankelijk van de temperatuurinstelling en lengte van de stoombereiding functies kan dit tot 1 uur duren om te voltooien.

Wacht altijd totdat

op het display

aangegeven wordt, voordat het water-

reservoir verwijderd wordt, probeer een

tweede stoomfunctie werking te stellen of

schakel de stroom van de stoomoven uit.

Indien onderbroken voor het einde wordt

het pompen gereset, waardoor de interne

waterpomp droog kan werken en een luid

trillend geluid maken tijdens de werking.

Na verloop van tijd kan dit schade veroor-

zaken aan de pomp.

Nadat het water opnieuw in het waterreservoir

gepompt wordt, geeft het display het sym-

bool aan, waarbij onderstaande maatregelen vereist zijn:
· DVerwijder en leeg de watertank.
· Droog de watertank en schuif hem terug in de sleuf boven de opening. Maak de kookruimte schoon en droog.
· Laat de deur van het apparaat open zodat de kookruimte helemaal kan afkoelen en drogen.

OPMERKING Het wordt aangeraden om de watertank te verwijderen en te legen na elke kookcyclus. Dit voorkomt de vorming van bacteriën en kalk in het apparaat.
Als het waterreservoir niet van de oven verwijderd werd en een nieuwe kookcyclus gestart is.

Algemene ovenfuncties
WAARSCHUWING Als u de deur opent tijdens of na de kookcyclus moet u oppassen voor een stroom hete lucht en/of stoom die uit de kookkamer kan komen. Doe een stap naar achteren of opzij om brandwonden te voorkomen.
Op dit moment: · e stoomopwekking wordt onderbroken. · De binnenwanden en de watertank zijn nog
steeds erg heet. Verbrandingsgevaar! · De timer stopt en de display laat de overge-
bleven werktijd zien (als deze is ingesteld).
EINDE VAN EEN KOOKCYCLUS
Aan het eind van de geprogrammeerde kooktijd, start de oven met de stoomreductie functie. Aan het eind van dit proces hoort u drie piepjes en op de display staat het woord “End”. Deze functie laat de stoom geleidelijk uit de oven zodat er geen plotselinge stoomwolk is als de deur geopend wordt. De koelfan kan nog een bepaalde tijd door blijven draaien nadat het apparaat is uitgezet. Dit

is een normale functie die is bedoeld om de temperatuur in de oven te verlagen.
Als in de display het DEPO staat betekent dit dat het water is weggepompt en dat de watertank kan worden verwijderen.
Verwijderen de watertank en droog hem grondig. Laat de kookruimte afkoelen en maak hem dan schoon en droog met een doek. De deur moet enige tijd open blijven zodat het apparaat goed kan drogen.
