Product Information
- The product consists of a chair with a seat, legs, a support
bar, and various bolts. - The chair is designed with a high in front and low in back seat
design. - The package includes replacement parts indicated by a “+” sign
in the list below.
Product Usage Instructions
Step 1
- Take the Right leg (2) and attach it to the Left leg (3) using
two Bolts (B). - Use an Allen Key (D) to tighten the bolts.
Step 2
- Attach the Support Bar (4) to the Chair legs (2)(3) using two
Bolts (C). - Use an Allen Key (D) to tighten the bolts.
Step 3
- Attach the Seat (1) to the Chair legs (2)(3) using four Bolts
(A). - Make sure to position the seat with a high in front and low in
back design. - Use an Allen Key (D) to tighten the bolts.
Step 4
- Ensure that the Support Bar (4) is positioned behind the chair
after installing the seat (1). - The installation is now completed.
For balancing purposes, adjust the leveling feet. An additional
leveling foot is provided as a replacement part.

1. Do not fully tighten all bolts until them haven been installed in corresponding locations. 2. “+” in below list indicates that additional pieces are replacement parts.
