USING THE CRESCENT LAMP

1. Plug the wall adapter into an appropriate power outlet.
2. Use the power switch to turn the light ON and OFF.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

• This lamp should be used in between this temperature range: -13° F to 95° F (-25°C to +35°C); relative humidity cannot exceed  98%.
• The lamp is for indoor use only.
• Please do not use/place the lamp in any kind of wet environment.
• Do not use solvents, abrasives, or aerosol cleaners to clean the lamp as discoloring may occur.
• Please unplug the power adapter if the lamp is not being used for long periods of time.
• Please do not take the lamp apart and/or attempt to repair it by yourself.
• Do not place the power supply near heat or in direct sunlight.
• Do not place the lamp close to flammable items.
• Do not place the lamp in an unstable environment or on the slope which is greater than 6°.
• Please do not place metals or flammable items in the open spaces/holes in the lamp.
• If you encounter an abnormal situation when using the lamp (e.g. smoking, fumes, unpleasant odors, etc.) immediately unplug the lamp.
• Please do not touch the plug if your hands are wet.
• The power cord cannot be knotted, tied into a bundle, etc., please let the wire stretch normally.
• Do not use multi-function adapter plugs to plug in the lamp’s power adapter.
• Do not use the lamp when the power cord is damaged. If the cord is damaged, please contact tzumi customer support for  replacement.
