The Serie | 6 built-in oven with added steam function measures
60 x 60 cm and is made of stainless steel. It comes with two
combination grids, one universal pan, and two universal pans of
slim size. Optional accessories are available, including a half
tray, baking tray (grey enamelled or non-stick ceramic coated),
1-fold telescopic rail (level independent), baking and roasting
grid (standard), glass pan, 3 level telescopic rails (full ext),
and a glass roasting dish with a 5.4 L capacity.
The oven features AutoPilot and added steam function, ensuring
that dishes are crispy and juicy. The added steam cooking keeps
food crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The AutoPilot
30 feature perfectly cooks dishes thanks to 30 pre-set automatic
programs. The white LCD display control is easy to use with direct
access to additional functions, temperature recommendation, and
temperature indication. The pop-out controls make the front of the
oven easy to clean and give it a sleek look. The EcoClean Direct
feature requires less cleaning effort thanks to a special coating
of the rear wall that automatically absorbs grime.
The oven also has an LCD-display control (white), rotary dial,
retractable control dials, round, and a straight bar handle. It is
Home Connect ready and has a control panel lock, automatic safety
switch off, residual heat indicator, door contact switch, digital
temperature display with proposal, heating-up indicator, automatic
start, electronic clock timer, interior halogen light, light on/off
when oven door opened/closed, integral cooling fan, and 5 shelf
positions. The energy efficiency rating is A, with an energy
consumption per cycle in conventional mode of 0.97 kWh and an
energy consumption per cycle in fan-forced convection mode of 0.81
kWh. The oven has one main cavity with a heat source of electrical
and a 71-liter capacity.
The oven has nine heating methods, including 3D Hotair,
conventional top and bottom heat, Hotair grilling, full-width
variable grill, pizza function, low-temperature cooking, defrost,
Hotair gentle, and reheating with steam. It also has heating modes
in combination with the steam function, including hot air, hot air
grilling, and top/bottom heat. Additional functions include a
descaling program and fast pre-heating function.
Product Usage Instructions:
1. Before using the oven, refer to the installation manual for
dimensions and installation instructions.
2. To use the oven, turn on the LCD-display control and use the
rotary dial to select the desired heating method or combination of
heating methods.
3. When using the added steam function, select the appropriate
heating mode in combination with the steam function.
4. Use the AutoPilot 30 feature for perfectly cooked dishes with
pre-set automatic programs.
5. For additional functions, such as descaling or fast
pre-heating, select the appropriate program.
6. When cooking is complete, turn off the oven and allow it to
cool down before cleaning.
7. To clean the oven, use the EcoClean Direct feature on the
back panel and wipe down any remaining surfaces with a damp
cloth.
8. Use the included accessories, such as the combination grids
and universal pan, for optimal cooking results.
9. Optional accessories are available for purchase, including
baking trays, telescopic rails, and a glass roasting dish with a
5.4 L capacity.
