Maintaining your filters is very important to the function of your vacuum
The steps below provide instruction on how to clean and maintain your Dirt Tank and Filters
- If you are experiencing issues with reduced suction you’ll want to follow the complete list of steps before continuing > Go to No Suction
These steps are considered a part of routine maintenance
- Remove & empty Dirt Tank
- Release the Separator by twisting to the left to disconnect & remove
- Clean Separator of all debris
- Separator can be rinsed > Allow to completely air dry (24 – 48 hours) before reinstalling
- Clean Separator of all debris


- Open the Tank Lid > Lift up on the release latch on the front
- Remove Filter and clear debris (machine should not be used without Filters installed)
- Filters can be washed in warm water with mild dish soap > Allow to completely air dry (24 – 48 hours) before reinstalling
- Remove Filter and clear debris (machine should not be used without Filters installed)


- Insert the thin Flat Filter (with the white tab) first > Then the Foam Filter
- You should hear a click when the Tank Lid is securely closed

- The Post Motor Filter is located below the Dirt Tank
- Press down on tab to remove Filter Cover
- Press tab on right side of Filter > Remove Filter > Remove debris (machine should not be used without Filters installed)
- This pleated Filter is not washable
- For optimal performance replace the Post Motor Filter every 6 months
- This pleated Filter is not washable

- When reattaching Post Motor Filter > Insert left side first then lock the right side into place
- Reattach Filter Cover

- For replacement Filters > Go to Parts & Supplies
- If you were having suction issues and the steps above did not resolve > Go to Lower Hose/Foot
