Product Usage Instructions

To use the VAP11G-500S, follow the instructions below:

Connect the device to a power source using the provided USB/DC
power supply cable.
Connect your device to the VAP11G-500S using the provided
10/100M Adaptive Ethernet cable.
If you need additional Ethernet ports, you can use a dedicated
Ethernet port expander.
Ensure that the LED status indications are as follows:
- Ethernet Port (Cable) Status Light (Yellow)
- WiFi Connection Status Light (Blue)
To reset the device, press and hold the Reset button for 5
seconds, then release.
The device has built-in 2 smart omnidirectional 2.4G antennas
for optimal WiFi signal reception.
The VAP11G-500S supports various WiFi functions:
- Router mode: Supports WiFi WAN access and WAN/LAN
  exchange.
- Transparent bridge: Supports IP layer transparent transmission
  and MAC layer transparent transmission.
- SSID broadcast exchange: Allows for WiFi hardware
  exchange.
- WiFi mode option: Supports 11B/G/N, 11B/G, 11N, 11G, and
  11B.
- WiFi hotspot automatic reconnection: Supports full match
  authentication mode and SSID and password authentication mode.
- WiFi hotspot memory: Can store up to 100 hotspots.
- SSA signal strength detection and reporting function.
- Hotspot connection parameter import and export function.
The VAP11G-500S supports channels 1-14 for WiFi
transmission.
The WiFi RF power can be set to normal power (19dBm) or
enhanced power (23dBm).
The device has compliance acceptance sensitivity of -95dbm and
LNA sensitivity of 14dBi.
The VAP11G-500S can be used as a WiFi router, WiFi repeater (to
extend WiFi transmission distance), WiFi bridge (for IP layer
transparent transmission and MAC layer transparent transmission),
or WiFi access point (AP).
