If your maching is making an abnormally loud noise, follow these steps to resolve:
- When machine is turned on, suction will begin – this sound is normal
- When Dirty Tank is full, the float inside will activate and the motor pitch will change – this is normal
- Remove Dirty Water Tank by lifting up on the tank from the base of the machine
- Pull tab to remove plug from tank and empty water into a sink
- Remove float from dirty water tank by turning it counterclockwise and pulling down to release
- Rinse float stack with water to clear any debris
- Move float stack up and down ensuring it can move freely
- If not moving freely, order a new float stack > Go to Parts & Supplies
- Return float to dirty water tank, turn clockwise to lock into place
