Step 1
There is a tabletting whcih above the stainless steel tube, rotate it 90 degress,
make it as·+· shape.
Step 2
There are 3parts of poles(up+mlddle+down), put a washer between each pole.connect them by fully lightened all the bolts.
Step 3
Make the screw hole end the tube aim at the screw hole on the platform, and insert the big steel plate.use the large hexagon screw fix It.
Step 4
Install the soap dispenser into the top of the stainless steel tube, aim at the screw hole on tab letting and use the screw fix It.
Step 5
Make the screw hole downside the billboard aim at the screw hole on the top of stainless steel back plane, use the tab letting and screw fix it.
