Product Usage Instructions

To use the Micro Inverter (model WVC-600), please follow the
instructions below:

  1. Connect the recommended panels (2 * 375Watt) to the Micro
    Inverter.
  2. Ensure that the PV Open Circuit Voltage is within the range of
    33-60VDC.
  3. The Micro Inverter operates within an Operating Voltage Range
    of 22-60V. Make sure the input voltage falls within this
    range.
  4. The Starting Voltage Range is also 22-60V. Ensure that the
    input voltage is within this range for proper operation.
  5. Take note of the Short-Circuit Current, which is 2 * 15A. Do
    not exceed this current to prevent damage to the Micro
    Inverter.
  6. The Maximum Working Current is 2 * 12A. Make sure the current
    does not exceed this limit.
  7. For an Output Voltage Mode of 120V, the Micro Inverter provides
    an Output Peak Power of 600Watt, Rated Output Power of 580Watt, and
    Output Current of 5A.
  8. For an Output Voltage Mode of 230V, the Micro Inverter also
    provides an Output Peak Power of 600Watt, Rated Output Power of
    580Watt, and Output Current of 2.6A.
  9. Ensure that the AC Voltage Range is either 85-160VAC or
    180-280VAC, depending on the number of branch connections. For AC
    voltage range 85-160VAC, connect a maximum of 6PCS (single branch).
    For AC voltage range 180-280VAC, connect a maximum of 12PCS (single
    branch).
  10. The AC Frequency Range should be between 48-51Hz/58-61Hz.
  11. Ensure that the Power Factor is greater than 95% for optimal
    performance.
  12. The Micro Inverter has a Static MPPT Efficiency of 99.5% and a
    Max Output Efficiency of 95%.

Note: You can purchase a professionally customized AC bus with a T-type connector. Use this AC bus as the AC bus for each branch. Connect it hand in hand to form a modular micro-inverter branch wiring system.
When the inverter is not started/shutdown and has been connected to the grid, the status of the LED indicators is as follows 1) When the inverter is not working —————– Red light is always on 2) When the inverter is in working state ———— Blue light flashes (MPPT is locked to a long light state)
