Product Information: Polaris 2017 RZR XP 1000 Rear Trailing
Arms
The Polaris 2017 RZR XP 1000 Rear Trailing Arms kit is available
in two variants – Trailing Arm Kits (93099 & 93101) and High
Clearance Trailing Arm Kits (93100 & 93102). Both kits include
Upper Trailing Arm x2, Lower Trailing Arm x2, Knuckle Side Heim
Joint Stand Off x8, Frame Side Heim Joint Stand Off x8, Trailing
Arm Plate x1, 5/8-18 RH Threaded Rod End x4, and 5/8-18 LH Threaded
Rod End x4. However, the High Clearance Trailing Arm Kits also
include Inner Sleeves x2 and Bushings x4. The kit comes with
hardware such as 5/8 Jam Nuts x4 and 5/8 Left Handed Jam Nuts x4.
The installation requires two 15mm Socket/Wrenches.
Product Usage Instructions
- Jack up the rear of the vehicle and place it on jack
stands. - Remove the rear wheels.
- Remove the rear trailing arms using two 15mm socket/wrenches on
the control arms and hitch. Refer to Photo 1 and Photo 2 for
assistance. - Install the threaded rod end into the trailing arms using the
supplied jam nuts. - Install the supplied trailing arms using the stock hardware.
Refer to Photo 3 and Photo 4 for assistance. - Reinstall the wheels and lower UTV.
Note: The High Clearance Trailing Arm Kits come in two variants
– Straight Bar and RC. Make sure to choose the appropriate kit
variant for your vehicle.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTONS
1. Jack up the rear of the vehicle and place on jack stands. 2. Remove the rear wheels. 3. Remove the rear trailing arms using two 15mm socket/wrenches on the control arms and hitch.

Remove rear trailing arms using 15mm.
4. Install the threaded rod end into the trailing arms using the supplied jam nuts. 5. Install the supplied trailing arms using the stock hardware. See Photo 3 and Photo 4.
