DIGIBOIL(35L/65L) Digital Turbo Boiler

Welcome to the DIGIBOIL community! The DIGIBOIL is a digital
turbo boiler available in two sizes, 35L and 65L. It is designed to
heat liquids and maintain a set temperature for extended periods of
time. Please read this instruction booklet carefully to ensure you
have the best possible experience with your DIGIBOIL.

Safety Information:

• The DIGIBOIL should only be used by adults familiar with the
product and its instructions.
• Do not touch the DIGIBOIL while it is in operation as it will be
very hot.
• Keep the DIGIBOIL away from water and other liquids.
• Do not use the DIGIBOIL if it is damaged or has exposed
wires.
• Unplug the DIGIBOIL when not in use.

Operation:

The DIGIBOIL can only heat liquids and has a default temperature
of 100°C with a range of 0-100°C. To adjust the temperature, use
the (+) and (-) buttons on the display panel. Once the desired
temperature is set, the set temperature will flash for 4 seconds
and then return to the actual temperature. The temperature is
displayed in degrees Celsius (default) with a range of 0-100C. To
change the unit into degrees Fahrenheit, press and hold both the
(+) and (-) buttons for three seconds until the screen flashes. The
red indicator light will switch from °C to °F and have a range of
0-140°F. The heating indicator light will turn on when the DIGIBOIL
is heating and the temperature indicator light will turn on when
the set temperature is reached.

Display Buttons & Indicators:

(+) Increase Temperature. (-) Decrease Temperature
Power: Rocker I(ON)/O(OFF) switch Located on the left side of the
display panel.
The rocker switches will also illuminate when turned on.

Manual Wattage Adjustment:

You can manually adjust the amount of watts your DIGIBOIL
outputs. The 35L DIGIBOIL will be able to output 2400w total, with
1900w and a 500w element rocker switches. The 65L DIGIBOIL will be
able to output 3500w total, with a 500w, 1000w, and a 2000w element
rocker switches for manual control. Please note that the 65L units
do require a 15amp socket in order to reach these higher
wattages.

Error Codes:

E1 = Probe is open circuit (not connected/loose wire(s)/board
failure)
E2 = Probe short circuit (probe failure/board failure)
E3 = Thermal cutout switch activated (Boiled dry?)

To prevent injury to yourself or others, and to avoid damaging the appliance, please read and follow the safety precautions below before setting up and using the unit: · Remove all packaging and plastic coatings from the appliance · Clean the appliance before use. We recommend Stellarclean (PBW mixture) for any tooling oil leftover from manufacturing. · Check that the appliance has not been damaged in any way during transportation (If any damage is found please contact your point of sale for further instruction) · Ensure that the electrical supply cord is not damaged. The supplied cord on this appliance is of a special type. If replaced, only a Digboil supply cord must be used. · Always disconnect the appliance from the electricity supply before servicing · The unit must be plugged into a certified earth socket. If you do not know what this means consult your local electrician. · Do not modify the Digiboil in anyway. Warranty is not covered for alterations and manipulations of the unit. · Never clean the appliance with a water jet or steam cleaner · Inform those around you that the surface of the Digiboil will become hot. · Keep these instructions in a safe place near the unit for future reference.

If an item is missing please contact your dealer immediately. · The boiler unit itself. · Stainless steel ½” ball valve tap with 13mm barb · 35L Units = Standard Metal Lid with plastic handle and 2 x mount screws
65L Units = Clear Glass Lid with 2 x black knob handles with mount screws · User instructions

Operation
Display Buttons & Indicators:
(+) Increase Temperature. (-) Decrease Temperature
After setting the temperature, the set temp will flash for 4 seconds and then return to the actual temperature. To change the unit into Degrees Fahrenheit , press and hold both the (+) and (-) for three second until the screen flashes. The Red indicator light will switch from oC to oF and have a range of 0-140F. Temperature will display in middle of the panel in Degrees Celsius (default) 0-100C range RED indicator light: Heating on GREEN indicator light: Temperature set reached

Please note the unit can only heat. Not cool. You can also manually adjust the amount of watts your Digiboil outputs. The 35L Digiboil will be able to output 2400w total.
