Cleaning

• Before using this product for the first time, wash it by hand and dry carefully.
• Always wash the product by hand after use.
• Do not use steel wool or anything that may scratch the coating. Dishwasher detergent can affect the surface.
• The base is slightly concave when cold, but expands to flatten out when heated. Always leave the product to cool before cleaning it. This allows the base to resume its shape and helps to prevent it from becoming uneven with use.

Good to know

• The pan is suitable for use on all types of hobs.
• It is provided with nonstick coating, which means you can cook food in little or no fat or oil at all.
• Only use wooden or plastic utensils without sharp edges.
• Do not let the pan boil dry as the base becomes skew from overheating and the coating loses its non-stick properties.
• Use the pan on a hob with the same or a smaller diameter as the pan to save energy.
• Bear in mind that the handles get hot when the pan is used. Always use pot holders when moving the pan or lifting the lid.
