WARNING: Dispose of used batteries immediately. Keep new and used batteries away from children. If you think batteries might have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention. The meaning of the symbol on the product, packaging or instructions. Electrical appliances are valuable products and should not be thrown in the dustbin when they reach the end of their serviceable life! Help us to protect the environment and respect our resources by handing this appliance over at the relevant recycling points. Questions related to this matter should be directed to the organisation responsible for waste disposal or your specialist retailer. Important information — please retain! Only use the batteries specified (3 x 1,5 V LR6 AA)! Put positive and negative pole in the right place! Do not throw away used batteries in the household garbage, but only give them to the collection station or dispose of them at a special garbage depot. Remove empty batteries from the toy. Non-rechargeable batteries must not be recharged. Before charging remove rechargeable batteries from the toy. Rechargeable batteries must be charged under adult supervisi@on only. Do not use different types of batteries and do not mix new and used batteries. Do not short-circuit connecter clips. Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE
- Start/Stop push-button
The yellow push-button on the locomotive is the Start/Stop push-button. - Batteries
If the train will not go, make sure that the batteries have been inserted correctly. If the batteries are going flat, the train may proceed jerkily and the sound effects may not work. Replace the batteries and the train will work correctly again. We recommend using high-quality alkaline batteries from a good brand. Faults may also be the result of dirt which has accumulated on the battery poles or the battery-holder contacts. Clean with a toothbrush. - Removing and installing the batteries
a. Switch the toy off.
b. Use a multi-purpose screwdriver to unscrew the screw which fastens the
battery-compartment cover.
c. Lift off the battery-compartment cover.
d. Remove the flat batteries and insert the new batteries (3 x 1,5 V LR6 AA) respecting the polarity indicated in the compartment itself.
e. Close the battery-compartment cover and tighten the screw with a multi-purpose screwdriver.
Only adults should install and remove the batteries.
