Instructions for Installation and Care of 2014-19 Polaris RZR 4 Poly Rear Window PO-14RZR4-RW02
Notice: Do not smoke inside the cab or expose the enclosure to direct flames. The cab is Flammable.
NOTICE: Please check the contents of the package for any damage and make sure all parts fit correctly and you are happy with the product before removing the protective film. Once the film is removed you cannot return the product for a full refund.
- Be sure to read these instructions thoroughly before opening and installing the RZR 4 Hard Rear Window.
- Check over the parts included in the carton with the parts list shown below:
1″ Bolts 10 each 1 3/4″ Clamps 10 each Small Washers 10 each Thumb Nuts 10 each 40″ End Bulb Gasket 1 each - Begin by Pulling the Rear Window out and removing the protective film from both sides.
Next, install the rubber gasket along the bottom edge of the window. See the Photo Below.
- Now you are ready to attach the Rear Window to the frame. Across the top are two holes. Take the two clamps and wrap them around the roll cage lining them up with the holes across the top. Install the clamps as shown in the diagram on the next page. Don’t tighten them completely at this time.
- Work your way around the rear window installing clamps as above for every hole.
