Installation Instructions:
1. The Gel / Lotion Warmer can be mounted on a wall or placed on a
flat, stable surface. 2. Plug the power cord into a power supply
that matches the voltage listed on the electrical information label
on the back of the unit. 3. Wall Mounting: Use the keyhole slots on
the back of the unit to mount it on a wall. Ensure that the
mounting hardware can support a minimum of six pounds. 4. Storage:
When not in use, store the Gel / Lotion Warmer in a dry area. Coil
the cord and secure it. Operation
Instructions:
1. ON / OFF Indicator: The indicator illuminates when the unit is
operating. 2. Temperature Adjustment Knob: Use this knob to adjust
the operating temperature. 3. Setting the Operating Temperature: –
Turn the knob clockwise to increase the temperature. – Turn the
knob counterclockwise to decrease the temperature. – Adjust the
knob in small increments and allow sufficient time for the
temperature to change. 4. Operating the Gel Warmer: – Warm
ultrasound gel only when needed. – Turn the ON / OFF switch ON. –
Allow sufficient time (up to 45 minutes) for the gel or lotion to
reach a comfortable temperature if it’s at room temperature. – When
done, turn the ON / OFF switch OFF. – Remove bottles from the
warmer immediately and dry them. Do not store bottles in the warmer
throughout the day. 5. WARNING: Test gel / lotion temperature
before application to ensure a comfortable temperature.
Maintenance / Cleaning Instructions:
1. Cleaning: Unplug the power cord before cleaning. 2. Clean the
Gel / Lotion Warmer weekly with a low-level hospital-grade
disinfectant. 3. If the warmer becomes soiled, clean it immediately
with a low-level hospital-grade disinfectant. 4. Do not submerge or
immerse the unit in water. Important Note:
– There are no serviceable components inside the Gel / Lotion
Warmer, so do not open the outer casing. – If the Gel / Lotion
Warmer does not operate when plugged into the correct voltage power
supply, return the unit to your GF authorized distributor for
replacement of the thermal fuse. Warranty
Information:
– The Ultrasound Gel and Warmer are covered by a limited warranty
of one (1) year. – The warranty does not cover defects, damage, or
other conditions caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration,
accident, freight damage, tampering, or failure to seek and obtain
repair or replacement in a timely manner. For more information,

Do not place or store this product where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink. Do not place this product in, immerse in, or drop into water or other liquid. Do not reach for a product that has fallen into water. Unplug immediately. WARNING: To reduce the risk of burns, electrocution, fire, or personal injury: Do not leave this product unattended when plugged in. Close supervision is necessary when this product is used by, on, or near children or invalids. Use this product only for its intended use as described in these instructions. Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer. Do not operate this product if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or if it has been dropped into water. Return the product to a service center for examination and repair. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces. Never use this product while sleeping or drowsy. Never drop or insert any object into any opening or hose. Do not use this product outdoors, operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used, or operate where oxygen is being administered. Connect this product to a properly grounded outlet only. If it is necessary to use an extension cord, use only a three-wire extension cord that has a three-blade grounding plug, and a three-slot receptacle that will accept the product’s plug. Important! Read and understand these instructions before assembling or using the GF108 / GW208 Gel / Lotion Warmer. If you do not understand any part of these instructions, contact a healthcare professional for direction in the use of this product. If the Gel / Lotion Warmer is not properly assembled and operated, personal injury and / or damage to the Gel / Lotion Warmer could result. If components are damaged or missing, contact your dealer immediately. DO NOT use substitute parts. Use only Grafco replacement parts. Non-Grafco replacement parts could cause personal injury and / or damage to Gel / Lotion Warmer. GF Health Products, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any damage or injury caused by improper installation or use of this product.

Allow sufficient time for the gel or lotion to reach optimum temperature — gels and lotions at room temperature may take up to 45 minutes to reach a comfortable temperature. When operation is complete, turn the ON / OFF Switch OFF. Remove bottles from the warmer as soon as possible and dry immediately. Do not store bottles in the warmer throughout the day.

LIMITED WARRANTY SCOPE OF WARRANTY
GF Health Products, Inc. (“GF”) warrants to the original purchaser only that it will replace or repair components, at GF’s sole discretion, that are defective in material or workmanship under normal use and service. All warranties are conditioned upon the proper use of the products strictly in accordance with good commercial practice and applicable GF instructions and manuals, including proper use and maintenance. To the extent that a third party warrants a component, GF conveys all of its rights under that warranty to the original purchaser, to the extent permitted. This limited warranty shall only apply to defects that are reported in accordance with the provisions set forth in this warranty document, within the applicable warranty period and which, upon examination by GF or its authorized representative, prove to be a warranty item. (See Obtaining Warranty Service below) This limited warranty is not transferable.

Labor is not included in the warranty. The warranty period is as designated above. If a part is replaced under warranty, the original warranty period will not be affected. All other replacement parts will be subject to the warranty period specified. The applicable warranty period shall commence from date of shipment to the original customer, unless there is an expiration date on the component in which case the warranty shall expire on the earlier of warranty period or the expiration date. OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE Customers located in the United States who wish to report a warranty issue, must contact GF directly by calling 1.770.368.4700 or by e-mailing a request to [email protected]. Customers located outside the United States must contact the Distributor from whom they purchased the products. In both cases, further directions will be provided once the initial contact is made. This limited warranty shall only apply to defects that are reported within the applicable warranty period. Failure to abide by the specific directions will result in denial of the warranty claim. The warranty does not cover and GF shall not be liable for the following:
1) Defects, damage, or other conditions caused, in whole or in part, by misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, freight damage, tampering or failure to seek and obtain repair or replacement in a timely manner;
2) Products which are not installed, used, or properly cleaned and maintained as required in the official manual for the applicable product;
3) Products considered to be of a non-durable nature including, but not limited to: filters, fuses, gaskets, lubricants, and charts; 4) Accessories or parts not provided by GF; 5) Matching of color, grain or texture except to commercially acceptable standards; 6) Changes in color caused by natural or artificial light: 7) Charges by anyone for adjustments, repairs, replacement parts, installation or other work performed upon or in connection with
such products which are not expressly authorized in writing, in advance, by GF; 8) Any labor or shipping charges incurred in the replacement part installation or repair; 9) Costs and expenses of regular maintenance and cleaning; and 10) Representations and warranties made by any person or entity other than GF. ENTIRE WARRANTY, EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES DISCLAIMER THIS WARRANTY IS GF’S ONLY WARRANTY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GF MAKES NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF ANY MODEL OR SAMPLE WAS SHOWN TO THE CUSTOMER, SUCH MODEL OR SAMPLE WAS USED MERELY TO ILLUSTRATE THE GENERAL TYPE AND QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT AND NOT TO REPRESENT THAT THE PRODUCT WOULD NECESSARILY CONFORM TO THE MODEL OR SAMPLE IN ALL RESPECTS. THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PARTS.
