This is the instruction manual for the Fillable Umbrella Base
with Wheels, version 4. The product contains pre-attached parts and
equipment, and it is important to follow the instructions to safely
assemble it. The product can be purchased from

The tools required for assembly are an Allen wrench, which is
provided with the product.
The parts included in the package are:
- A BASE
- 1 PERSON ASSEMBLY
- UP TO 15 MIN. ASSEMBLY
- B POLE HOUSING
- C POLE BUSHING
- D KNOB (2 PCS)
The maximum fill capacity for the base is 37 liters of water or
123 lbs of sand.

The product comes with a warranty that allows returns within 60
days of receipt for a full refund, as long as the item is returned
in its original packaging with all accessories included. Returns
require a Return Authorization (RA) number, which can be obtained
from a Best Choice Products Customer Service Representative.
Refunds or replacements will be processed within 5 business days of
receipt of the returned item. The customer is responsible for
shipping the item back to the Best Choice Products Return Center,
unless the reason for return is an error by Best Choice
Products.
Pictures may be required for certain returns to ensure that the
item is undamaged. All damages to items are the customer’s
responsibility until they are received and acknowledged by Best
Choice Products as undamaged.
Product Usage Instructions
- Locate and remove the pre-attached screw from part B pole
housing using the provided Allen wrench. - Attach the part B pole housing into part A base.
- Reattach and tighten the screw with the Allen wrench.
- Insert the part C pole bushing.
- Screw in two part D knobs.
- Fill the base with water or sand.
- Insert an umbrella pole (not included) into the pole housing
and tighten the knobs to secure it.

TROUBLESHOOTING
ISSUE
The pole housing is rattling.

SOLUTION If you hear a rattling or an object moving inside the pole, it is the pre-installed umbrella stabilizer. It should always remain inside the bottom of the pole.
Make sure both pole knobs are tightened, and the pole bushings (Part C) is inserted into the top of the pole.
The umbrella is spinning free or unstable.

Returns & Refunds
PRODUCT WARRANTY INFORMATION
All items can be returned for any reason within 60 days of the receipt and will receive a full refund as long as the item is returned in its original product packaging and all accessories from its original shipment are included. All returned items will receive a full refund back to the original payment method. All returned items will not be charged a re-stocking fee.
All returned items require an RA (Return Authorization) number, which can only be provided by a Best Choice Products Customer Service Representative when the return request is submitted. Items received without an RA may not be accepted or may increase your return processing time. Once an item has been received by Best Choice Products, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5 business days.
All returns must be shipped back to the Best Choice Products Return Center at the customer’s expense. If the reason for return is a result of an error by Best Choice Products then Best Choice Products will provide a pre-paid shipping label via email. Boxes for return shipping will not be provided by Best Choice Products, and is the customer’s responsibility to either use the original shipping boxes or purchase new boxes.
Pictures may be required for some returns to ensure an item is not damaged prior to its return. Items returned are not considered undamaged until they are received by Best Choice Products and verified as such. All damages to items are the customer’s responsibility until the item has been received by and acknowledge by Best Choice Products as undamaged.
