MOUNTING THE MUSICAL SPEAKER
Carefully select a position in the engine compartment that will keep the speaker and the electronics dry. Equally as important, protect the plastic speaker housing by not allowing it to come in contact with hot engine parts.
With the mounting position located, use the musical speaker as a template, and mark the location of the four mounting holes. Drill 4 holes using a 7/32 drill bit. Remove the mounting bracket from the speaker and fasten the bracket to the vehicle using the hardware provided. Secure the speaker to the mounting bracket, tilting speaker housing slightly downward to prevent water from collecting in speaker cone.
WIRING
Music Time ™ will be ready to work after making only two electrical connections. Connect the fuse wire to any electrical circuit that is powered when the ignition is ”on”. Secure the wire with the ring terminal under a speaker mounting bolt or to any convenient body bolt.
CONTROLLER
Four buttons on the key chain transmitter provides Music Time™ with full control of all sound functions.
Button functions: The “Large” button turns the system on and off. “Red and Blue” buttons select songs, and volume button adjusts the sound level.

WARRANTY
Wolo Manufacturing Corporation (“Wolo”) warranties to the original purchaser, for three months from the date of pur-chase, that this product is free from defects in workmanship and materials. If there is such a proven defect, Wolo, at its option, will either repair or replace the item free of charge, if it is returned to Wolo within three months from the date of purchase together with proof of purchase as described below. Wolo reserves the right to inspect any defect prior to settling any warranty claim by repair or replacement. This warranty is limited as above provided and Wolo will not be responsible for fire or other casualty or accident, due to neglect, abuse, abnormal use, modifications, faulty installation of this product, or natural causes.

It operates by pressing the rubber bulb that is attached to the metal horn. When the bulb is pressed, a steel reed that is located in the horn’s throat pushes the air out. The throat consequently vibrates and produces one note.
Electronic horns on vehicles produce warning signals that are produced by an electrical circuit. A solenoid is magnetised and demagnetized to produce the fundamental frequency and cause the diaphragm to vibrate. High pressure is consequently generated, and this pressure enters the trumpet horn to create sound.

It produces sound electronically by using a thin metal disc and an electromagnet or solenoid. As soon as the solenoid is turned on or energised by the button, it exerts force against the metal disc. This action results in the production of a loud vehicle sound known as horns.

In addition to acting as a warning system, automobile horns can be utilised as a signal when remotely locking the vehicle. Only the softer horn is commonly used by the central locking system.
Identify the circuit’s power side and test it in accordance with the instructions in your car’s manual. To check for electricity, set your metre to the volts setting. Put a one-meter lead on the horn connector’s (+) pin and a second lead on the ground. Your metre should display battery voltage.
The primary advantage of horn loudspeakers is their increased effectiveness; on average, they can produce three times (10 dB) as much sound pressure from an amplifier output as a cone speaker.

The horn relay is the electronic component that is a part of the car’s horn circuit. For the circuit that powers the car’s horn, it serves as a relay. When current is provided to the relay, causing the horn to operate and ring, the horn’s power circuit is complete.
A standard car horn is made up of a spring steel-based flexible metal diaphragm, an electromagnet created from a wire coil, a switch, and a case resembling a megaphone.
After fastening one clamp to the horn’s terminal, touch the other end of the clamp to the positive battery connector. If the fuse burns out, the horn won’t function. A poor ground connection could be the root of the problem if the horn clicks. After cleaning the ground connection, try re-energizing the horn.
To be able to work without needing to be grounded, your horn needs two terminals. If it just has one contact point, it must be grounded in order to form a complete circuit. Jumper cables and battery power make it easy to test the horn’s operation.
