Why does it not work? For newly purchased or idle for more than 3 months,charge the unit at least 4 hours.
Why doesn’t water come out? How to avoid?
- Newly purchased or idling for a long time: pull out the nozzle and flush the water spray hole on the main body.
- There is scale in the water inlet: remove the water tank and clean the water inlet at the end of the suction pipe.
- The suction port is not in the water: don’t tilt the dental floss during operation and keep the suction port submerged in the water.
Why the water pressure is low?
- Blocked nozzle: replace with new nozzle.

Why the battery only lasts for a short time after a full charge?
