The Afinia Label x350 is a digital roll-to-roll press that is
designed for label and flexible packaging printing. It is the next
generation of printers from Afinia Label, offering large ink and
media capacities, fast print speeds, and a combination of
production capability, compact size, and ink economy.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Ensure the printer is connected to a power source with the
   correct voltage (Single phase 220V, 12A).
2. Load the appropriate ink tanks into the printer. Each tank can
   hold up to 2 liters of ink, with a total capacity of 8 liters for
   CYMK.
3. Ensure the printhead is properly installed and has nozzle
   redundancy.
4. Turn on the printer and use the 21″ Touch Screen user interface
   to navigate the printer settings.
5. If required, install additional modules for advanced RIP
   software functionality.
6. Insert the media into the printer, ensuring it falls within the
   specified width range (Min: 2 in / 50 mm; Max: 13.75 in / 350
   mm).
7. Adjust the print speed and resolution according to your
   requirements. The printer can achieve speeds of up to 18 in/sec
   (460 mm/sec) and a maximum resolution of 1600×1600 dpi.
8. If necessary, use web slitters and a dryer as optional add-ons
   for additional functionality.
9. Ensure the operating temperature, storage temperature, and
   humidity conditions are within the specified range for optimal
   printing performance.
10. The printer is suitable for printing labels and flexible
    packaging. Select the appropriate media type (Gap, Black mark,
    Continuous) based on your requirements.
