HSM-512 Stick Mixer

Quick Start Guide

This quick start guide only contains basic instructions.

Step 1
To use the hand blender, hold the motor unit by the handle. Insert the stick mixer attachment directly into the base until it clicks into place.
Step 2
To use the whisk or milk frother, insert the attachment into the whisk holder unit, and then attach this unit to the motor base until it clicks into place.Step 3
To use the chopper, place the “S” blade onto the centre pin at the bottom of the chopper bowl. Gently press down on the upper plastic part of the blade, until you feel it lock into place. Step 4
Turn the top dial to 1, before plugging in the motor unit. When using the hand blender, whisk or milk frother, insert the attachment end into the 600 mL container.Step 5
Press the power button on the motor unit, turning the dial up to increase its speed. Use the turbo button if/when necessary. Step 6
When you have finished with the device, press the power button again. Unplug the power cord, before ejecting the attachment by pressing the two eject buttons at either side of the motor unit.
