SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. The mechanism that makes the fish move is not waterproof.
   If the fish is dropped in water, the electronics will get damaged.
2. The mechanism contains a rechargeable lithium battery and should be disposed of as appropriate for batteries of this type. Do not burn.
3. The toy is designed for indoor use only, leaving it outside may cause it to get wet, which can damage the mechanism.
4. Only insert catnip in a closed bag into the pocket on the side. Putting in loose catnip can damage the mechanism as well as the electronics.
5. This device is exclusively designed for pets. This is not a child’s toy.
   Please keep out of reach of children except under adult supervision.

CLEANING: Be sure to turn off and remove the mechanism from the fish before cleaning the outer cover. Hand wash only.
CHARGING: Red LED = charging, green LED = fully charged.
Fully charged in 1 to 2 hours.

DIRECTIONS (see illustrations on page 13):

1. Fully charge the fish using the USB cable supplied.
2. Open the fish cover by pulling apart the velcro strips and inserting the catnip bag into the side pocket.
3. Flip the switch on the mechanism to turn it on, and close the fabric cover. When the sensor inside picks up motion, the fish will start to move for about 15-16 seconds,  after which it will enter auto-rest mode. The fish has 3 different movement modes, which it will run through sequentially.

RECYCLING: This product bears the selective sorting symbol for waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). This means that this product must be handled pursuant to European Directive 2012/19/EU in order to be recycled or dismantled to minimize its impact on the environment. Check with your local Environmental Agency for possible disposal instructions or take to an official council-registered refuse collection point. Electronic products not included in the selective sorting process are potentially dangerous for the environment and human health due to the presence of hazardous substances.

WARNING: Ensure that the cat toy selection is suitable for the size of your cat. This toy is not indestructible and should always be used under supervision. If you see the visible deterioration of this or any cat toy, remove it from the cat. This toy is not intended or suitable for use by children.
