Product Usage Instructions
To use the product, follow these steps:
- Choose a suitable location for the structure.
- Assemble the floor panels by connecting one panel to another
using the provided grooved sole plates. Adjust the adjustable feet
to level the floor if necessary. - Assemble the wall panels by connecting them together using the
locating beads. Place the panels onto the grooved sole plate of the
floor and secure them in place using screws. - Feed wires through the 20mm cavity and place electrics where
desired using the pre-drilled holes in the top of the wall
panels. - Place the roof panels onto the top of the wall panels and
secure them in place using screws. - Enjoy your fully constructed structure!

Floor makeup
Features
60mm x 40mm hollow box section, 2.5mm mild steel, finished with an Aproxy primer. On adjustable feet, which make levelling the floor easier. Connects one floor panel to another. Manufactured to be lightweight and easily handled. 50mm insulated panels wrapped in 2mm Plastisol drop into the steel cassettes. The Plastisol also acts as a vermin barrier. 18mm T&G chipboard flooring. Grooved sole plate helps to carry and locate the wall panels.

Framing has grooves in to allow the panel to be placed and located on to the sole plate.
Each panel has pre-drilled holes in the top to allow for electrics to be placed where the customer wants. And a 20mm cavity to allow wires to be `fed’ into place.
Each panel comes already cladded and finished by our manufacturing team. Manufactured in a way where fixings can’t be seen. All screws are hidden.
Each panel is manufactured to allow them to connect together with the aid of the locating beads.
Each panel comes with 50mm rigid insulation.
Each panel is manufactured to be as lightweight as possible to allow it to be carried through a customer’s house if no direct garden access.
The finished panel means a clean product is delivered to the customer, minimal tools or heavy work undertaken in a customer’s home or garden.

Each panel has 50mm rigid insulation. Each panel has 100mm void to allow any placement of spotlight. 15mm OSB board with built-in slope to allow for fall on roof. EPDM roof technical info. All fascia and trims are made from plastisol with colour matched fixings.
