Bassbuds Air True Wireless Stereo Earbuds – User Guide
The pTron Bassbuds Air earbuds are designed for a true wireless
stereo experience. Please note that the earbuds are set at 50%
volume level and do not support volume control function. You can
control the volume level through the connected device.
Touch Sensitive Area (TSA)
The earbuds feature a touch-sensitive area (TSA) that allows you
to control playback, answer/reject calls, and activate voice
assistant with a simple touch.
Charging the Earbuds
- Place both the earbuds into the charging case properly. The
earbuds will power off automatically when placed into the
case. - Earbuds LED will start glowing red, which means it is on
charging. After full charge earbuds LED light will stop
blinking. - Charging case LED light will be blue during charging the
earbuds. It will turn off when earbuds are fully charged.
Charging the Case
- Connect the C-Type cable to the case and the USB end to a 5V
power source. - The Red light indicator in the front of the charging case will
start blinking. - When the case is fully charged, Red light will be steady.
Remove the charging case from the power supply.
Please note that using incompatible USB cable or high voltage
chargers can damage the product and void the product warranty. We
strongly recommend using DC5V-1A chargers and the USB cable
included in the package.
Troubleshooting
Scenario 1 – One Earbud is Not Working
- Place both the earbuds in the charging case.
- Take out both the earbuds together from the charging case.
- Wait until L & R earbud pair to each other. After
successful matching, only 1 earbud will flash Blue & Red
light. - Turn ON the Bluetooth on your phone, search for pTron TWS and
connect.
Scenario 2 – Earbuds Not Connecting/Scanning
- Place both the earbuds in the charging case.
- Take out both the earbuds together from the charging case.
- Restart your Bluetooth device or phone.
- Now, search for pTron TWS on your Bluetooth device and
connect.
Scenario 3 – Earbuds Disconnecting During a Phone Call
- Charge earbuds 100% before use.
- Restart the earbuds and reconnect with your device.

Touch Sensitive Area (TSA)
Smart Power On & Pairing 1. Open the charging case Or Touch TSA on both the earbuds for 3 seconds. 2. Wait for 2-3 seconds until L & R earbuds pair to each other. 3. Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone & search “pTron TWS” to connect with the device. Note: TSA stands for Touch Sensitive Area. Power Off: Touch TSA on both the earbuds for 3 seconds Or Keep both the earbuds into the charging case and close it properly. Connectivity Bluetooth – Automatic Just turn on the Bluetooth earbuds. They will automatically connect to the last connected device (Instant wake & pair technology). Calling or Music through Mono & Dual Buds Mono Bud Use – Just place the right or left earbud back into the charging case. Dual Buds Use – Use left & right earbuds together. Voice Assistant Activation: Touch TSA on either earbud for 2-3 seconds. Call & Music Functions Answer/Hangup a Phone Call – Touch TSA on either earbud once. Reject a Phone Call – Touch TSA on either earbud for 2 seconds. Music Play/Pause – Touch TSA on either earbud once. Next Song – Touch TSA on right earbud twice. Previous Song – Touch TSA on left earbud twice. Redial – Touch TSA on right earbud thrice. Note: TSA stands for Touch Senstive Area Important: Some product units will have different function for the following Next Song – Touch TSA on left earbud twice. Previous Song – Touch TSA on right earbud twice. Redial – Touch TSA on left earbud thrice.

Safety Precautions 1. Please keep this device away from extreme heat, liquids, humidity or corrosive environment. 2. Please don’t over-charge the product as it will decrease the service life of battery. 3. Using incompatible USB cable or high voltage chargers can damage the product & void the product warranty. We strongly recommend using a good quality DC5V-1A chargers & the USB cable included in the package. 4. This product or the Bluetooth function should not be used during charging. 5. Don’t jam the ports such as charger port, LED port, etc. 6. It is recommended to utilize the product below the maximum volume in order to protect your hearing. 7. Please don’t open/temper the product or product’s battery. 8. Please keep the product out of children’s reach. 9. Dispose the product responsibly and adhere to your local authority guidelines.
