Tire Additive Applicator for 1-8 GP
- PULL THE TIRE SAUCE APPLICATOR OUT FROM THE CASE BY ITS RETRACTABLE HANDLE

- PULL BULLET PLUGS OUT, EXTEND CABLE, AND PLUG IT INTO A 12V POWER SUPPLY
- LOOSEN UP BOTH THUMB NUTS APPROXIMATELY 5MM OUT (TO RELEASE SPRING COMPRESSION DURING MOUNTING THE TIRES)
- UNSCREW ALL 4 WHEEL NUTS
* DEFAULT SPRING CARRIER SETTING IS AT “B”. ASIDE FROM THE THUMB NUT, SPRING COMPRESSION CAN ALSO BE ADJUSTED BY MOVING THE CARRIER IN 3 POSITIONS. FOR SMALL TIRE DIAMETERS, USE POSITION “C” IF MORE COMPRESSION IS REQUIRED. REMOVE THE M3X12 SCREWS (2X), PICK A POSITION, AND DO NOT OVER TORQUE SCREWS WHEN INSTALLED BACK IN.
- 5A/5B. MOUNT TIRES FIRST AT THE DIRECT DRIVE AXLE SIDE. MAKE SURE TO ENGAGE AXLE PIN INTO THE RIMS THEN INSTALL WHEEL NUT(S).
- 6A/6B. MOUNT TIRES BY PULLING SLIDER TAB(S) THEN INSTALL WHEEL NUT(S).

- TURN ON SWITCH (MOTOR). TIRE DIRECTION SHOULD BE AS SHOWN (BLUE ARROW). APPLY TIRE SAUCE AMOUNT TO YOUR LIKING.
- INCREASE/DECREASE COMPRESSION BY TIGHTENING/LOOSENING THE THUMB NUTS.
- TURN ON SWITCH (BULB) TO ACCELERATE TIRE SAUCE DRYING TIME.
TIRE REMOVAL
- TURN OFF BOTH SWITCHES.
- UNSCREW ALL 4 WHEEL NUTS.
- 12A/12B. REMOVE TIRES BY PULLING SLIDER TAB(S).
- 13A/13B. REMOVE TIRES.
