Installation of the Esprecious

Inspect the machine before use and check it for damage

1. Read the safety booklet (700.403.347)
2. Open the door with the key
3. Take the waste bin from the machine; this contains the drinks outlet and a number of accessories:
   Cardboard plate for calibrating the coffee grinder(s)
   Connecting hose
   Key for adjusting the grinder(s)
   Strip with cleaning tablets for the brewer
   Brush for removing spilled powder (ingredients)
   Brush (spiral) for cleaning the ’chute’ and ingredient canister(s)
   Funnel for the descaling procedure
4. Place the drinks outlet, slide it to its place from left to right (Fig. 1)
   
5. Place the hose of the brewer in the central groove of the outlet (Fig. 2A)
6. Place the hose of the mixing jug in the right−most groove of the outlet (Fig. 2B)
   
7. Put back the waste bin
8. Hang up the brush (Fig. 3A)
9. Put the drip tray in front of the machine
10. Remove the fixation bracket from the brewer, Torx 15 or 5 mm flat (Fig. 3B).
    
    Keep the fixation bracket for future transport of the machine.
11. Connect the machine to a water filter or directly to the water supply with the delivered connecting hose
12. Open the water supply
13. Insert the plug in the power socket (earthed!)
14. Switch on the machine with the on/off switch (Fig. 3C)
15. Close the door
16. Now follow the rest of the installation procedure on the screen. This will take at least 30 minutes.
