Assembly Instructions

Before you begin assembling the Medium Aluminium Storage Box,
please read the following helpful advice:

We suggest you spend a short time reading through this leaflet
and then follow the simple step by step instructions.
Do not discard any of the packaging until you have checked that
you have all the parts and the pack of fittings.
Assemble this product on a soft surface.
To ensure an easier assembly, we strongly advise that all
fittings are only finger tightened.

Follow the steps below to assemble the product:

Attach A1 and A2 to EF and IH respectively, using bolts F and
washers E.

Attach B1 and B2 to FE and IH respectively, using bolts F and
washers E.

Attach C to EN and IH, using bolts M and washers E.

Step 4: Assembly

Attach D to HIF, using bolts G, washers E, and nuts J.

Step 5: Assembly

Attach E to EN and IH, using bolts M, washers E, bolt caps H,
and nuts J.

Step 6: Assembly

Step 6

Attach P to O, using bolts N, washers Q, and wrench L.

Step 7: Assembly

Step 7

Attach the handle holder O to the top cover D, using bolts N,
washers Q, and wrench L. Attach the handle P to the handle holder
O.

Step 8: Finished

Your Medium Aluminium Storage Box is now assembled and ready to
use.

Maintenance and Care Instructions

To keep your Medium Aluminium Storage Box in good condition,
please follow the maintenance and care instructions below:

Do not use sunscreens or oil-based products on the
painted/varnished surfaces as they can damage them.
If the surface of your Kettler leisure furniture comes into
contact with sunscreens, clean it without delay as described above.
Only in this way can lasting discoloration of the surface by the
ingredients of the sunscreen be prevented.

Warranty for Home Use

This product comes with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing
faults. This warranty applies to domestic use only and does not
cover commercial use, misuse, or accidental damage. To validate
