Installation Tools Required:
- T20 Screwdriver
- T50 Ratchet Shaft
- Pry Tool
- 10mm Wrench / Socket
- Drill (3mm)
Product Usage Instructions
ZDSB200S Installation 1
Tools required: T50 Ratchet Shaft
- Unscrew the front seat bolts.
- Close-up on the bolt.
- Unscrew the two bolts on the back.
- Tilt the chair back.
ZDSB200S Installation 2
Tools required: T20 Screwdriver
- Unscrew the woofer grill.
- OEM Woofer.
- Remove the threshold (pull up).
- Threshold removed.

Tools required: 10mm Wrench / Socket
- Lift up the carpet.
- Unscrew the two bolts.
- Bolts unscrewed.
- Loosen the cable clips (pull).

Tools required: Pry Tool
- Disconnect the speaker connector.
- Remove the woofer.
- Remove the woofer from the plastic.
- Use A LOT of force to remove it.
ZDSB200S Installation 5
Tools required: Drill (3mm), PH2 Screwdriver
- Pull it up all the way around.
- Woofer removed from the enclosure.
- Drill holes for the woofer.
- Screw the woofer in place.

Tools required: 10mm Wrench / Socket, T50 Ratchet Shaft
- Mount the woofer in the car.
- Screw it in place.
- Screwed in place.
- Connect the speaker connector.
ZDSB200S Installation 7
Tools required: T50 Ratchet Shaft, T20 Screwdriver
- Screw back the woofer grill.
- Put the chair back down.
- Screw back the four chair bolts.
- Installation is now complete.
