The PAW Patrol Rescue Driver ATV & Fire Truck is an
interactive driver toy that includes Ryder’s ATV and Marshall’s
fire truck modes for exciting role-play. It features various
buttons, selectors, handgrips, and a steering wheel to provide a
fun and interactive experience for children.

Product Features:

  • Off/Low/High Volume Selector: Turns the unit on or off and
    adjusts the volume.
  • Pup Buttons: Press to learn about each pup, hear music, and
    help them complete missions.
  • Mode Selector: Choose between Music mode, Learning mode, or
    Mission mode.
  • Call Button: Learn about the Call Button, hear walkie talkie
    sounds, or answer questions.
  • Horn Button: Learn about the Horn Button, honk the horn, or
    answer questions.
  • Emergency Signal Button: Learn about the Emergency Signal
    Button, turn on the siren, or answer questions.
  • Left and Right Handgrips: Transform into Ryder’s ATV or

  • Control Handle: Turn to different positions to hear fun sounds,
    control the melody, or answer questions.
  • Automatic Shut-Off: Preserves battery life by automatically
    powering off after several minutes of no input.

Battery Information:

The unit requires 2 AA (AM-3/LR6) batteries for operation.
Alkaline batteries or fully charged Ni-MH rechargeable batteries
are recommended for best performance. Adult assembly is required
for battery installation, and batteries should be kept out of reach
of children.

Product Usage Instructions

Battery Removal and Installation:

  1. Make sure the unit is turned Off.
  2. Find the battery cover located on the bottom of the unit.
  3. Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw and open the battery
    cover.
  4. Remove old batteries by pulling up on one end of each
    battery.
  5. Install 2 new AA (AM-3/LR6) batteries following the diagram
    inside the battery box.
  6. Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw to secure.

Note: Adult assembly is required for battery installation. Keep
batteries out of reach of children.

Activities:

There are different modes and activities available on the Rescue
Driver ATV & Fire Truck:

Music Mode:

  • Turn the Mode Selector to enter this mode.
  • Turn the Control Handle to green to play the melody.
  • Press the Pup Buttons to choose a melody or hear fun
    sounds.
  • Turn the Control Handle to blue to speed up the melody or red
    to turn it off.
  • Turn both Handgrips to transform between Ryder’s ATV and
    Marshall’s fire truck.
  • Turn the Steering Wheel and press the Call Button, Horn Button,
    and Emergency Signal Button for driving fun.

Unlock the Packaging Locks
Rotate the packaging locks 90 degrees counterclockwise. Pull out the packaging locks and discard.

GETTING STARTED
Battery Removal and Installation
1. Make sure the unit is turned Off. 2. Find the battery cover located on the
bottom of the unit, use a screwdriver to loosen the screw and then open the battery cover. 3. Remove old batteries by pulling up on one end of each battery. 4. Install 2 new AA (AM-3/LR6) batteries following the diagram inside the battery box. (For best performance, alkaline batteries or fully charged Ni-MH rechargeable batteries are recommended.) 5. Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw to secure.

RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES · Remove rechargeable batteries (if removable) from toy before
charging. · Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision. · Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. Off/Low/High Volume Selector
To turn the unit On, turn the Off/Low/High Volume Selector to Low or High position. To turn the unit Off, turn the Off/Low/ High Volume Selector to Off position.
2. Pup Buttons
Press the Pup Buttons to learn about each pup, hear the music and help them complete missions.
3. Mode Selector
Turn the Mode Selector to choose Music mode, Learning mode or Mission mode.
4. Call Button
Press the Call Button to learn about the Call Button, hear walkie talkie sounds or answer the questions.

5. Horn Button
Press the Horn Button to learn about the Horn Button, honk the horn or answer the questions.
6. Emergency Signal Button
Press the Emergency Signal Button to learn about the Emergency Signal Button, turn the siren on or answer the questions.
7. Left and Right Handgrips
Turn both Left and Right Handgrips out to transform into Ryder’s ATV or turn both Left and Right Handgrips in to transform into Marshall’s fire truck.
8. Steering Wheel
Turn the Steering Wheel to the left or right to learn directions or answer the questions.
9. Control Handle
Turn the Control Handle to different positions to hear fun sounds, control the melody or answer the questions.

10. Automatic Shut-Off
To preserve battery life, the unit will automatically power off after several minutes with no input. The unit can be turned on again by turning the Off/Low/High Volume Selector to Low Volume or High Volume position, or by turning the Mode Selector to the Music Mode, Learning Mode or Mission Mode position. If the unit repeatedly powers down or the light flashes then fades out, we suggest changing the batteries.

ACTIVITIES

1. Music Mode
Turn the Mode Selector to to enter this mode. Turn the Control Handle to green to play the melody, press the Pup Buttons to choose a melody or hear fun sounds. When a melody is playing, turn the Control Handle to blue to speed up the melody, or turn to red to turn off the melody. Turn both Handgrips to transform between Ryder’s ATV and Marshall’s fire truck. Turn the Steering Wheel and press the Call Button, Horn Button and Emergency Signal Button for driving fun.

2. Learning Mode
Turn the Mode Selector to to enter this mode. Turn both Handgrips to transform between Ryder’s ATV and Marshall’s fire truck. Press the Pup Buttons to hear Ryder or Marshall introduce each pup. Press the Call Button, Horn Button, Emergency Signal Button, or turn the Steering Wheel to learn about directions and more. Turn the Control Handle to green or blue to turn on vehicle sounds. Turn to red to turn off vehicle sounds.

3. Mission Mode

Turn the Mode Selector to to enter

this mode. Follow Ryder’s instructions to

complete the missions with the pups.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
1. Keep the unit clean by wiping it with a slightly damp cloth. 2. Keep the unit out of direct sunlight and away from any direct heat
sources. 3. Remove the batteries if the unit will not be in use for an extended
period of time. 4. Do not drop the unit on hard surfaces and do not expose the unit to
moisture or water.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If for some reason the unit stops working or malfunctions, please follow these steps: 1. Turn the unit Off. 2. Interrupt the power supply by removing the batteries. 3. Let the unit stand for a few minutes, then replace the batteries. 4. Turn the unit On. The unit should now be ready to use again. 5. If the unit still does not work, install a new set of batteries.
