PICO OHM Power Line

Product Information

The PICO OHM is a device that can control non-Lumitec RGB
lighted devices. It needs to be connected to a Lumitec POCO digital
controller output channel to function. The Lumitec POCO and
compatible interface device such as MFD, smartphone, tablet, etc.
can be used to issue PLI commands to the module. The PICO OHM has a
status LED indicator that gives off different messages depending on
its operation. It has a 2-wire power input and a 4-wire RGBW output
with specific color codes for each wire. The voltage input for the
device is 12VDC with a maximum current draw of 0.4 amps for RGB

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Connect the PICO OHM to a Lumitec POCO digital controller
    output channel.
  2. Use a compatible interface device such as MFD, smartphone,
    tablet, etc. to issue PLI commands to the module.
  3. Observe the status LED indicator for the following messages:
    • Off – No power or no initial PLI command from POCO.
    • Green steady – Power applied and output enabled.
    • Green flash – Power applied and waiting for PLI command from
      POCO.
  4. Connect the 2-wire power input with the red wire as positive
    (V+) POCO output channel and the black wire as negative (V-)
    input.
  5. Connect the 4-wire RGBW output with the yellow wire as the main
    RGB LED positive output, the red wire as the red RGB LED negative
    output, the green wire as the green RGB LED negative output, and
    the blue wire as the blue RGB LED negative output.
  6. The voltage input for the device should be 12VDC only, with a
    maximum current draw of 0.4 amps for RGB output.

3 Year Limited Warranty The product is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three years from the date of original purchase. Lumitec is not responsible for product failure caused by abuse, neglect, improper installation, or failure in applications other than those for which it was designed, intended, and marketed. Should your Lumitec product prove defective during the warranty period, promptly notify Lumitec and return product with freight prepaid. Lumitec will, at its option, repair or replace the product or defective portion without charge for parts or labor, or, at Lumitec’s option, refund purchase price.
