BODY PREP

· Wash inside of body or use isopropyl alcohol · Completely dry body · Mask windows, if applicable · Mask the design using masking tape or #5846 paint masks

TIPS

· Paint colors darkest to lightest · Back fluorescent and candy paint with white and metallic paint with silver then white. · When finished painting, remove the overspray film and then apply exterior body decals.

FOR BEST RESULTS

1. Before use, shake the can vigorously for approximately 2 minutes after you hear the mixing ball rattle.
2. Spray at a distance of approximately 6 – 8 inches using an even back and forth motion.
3. The coverage capacity of Traxxas Custom Color Paint varies slightly from one color to the next. Always spray one very light coat at a time. The final result is obtained after applying 2 or more light coats. Continue applying light coats until desired coverage is obtained.
4. Allow the paint to dry for 5 minutes before applying the next coat and/or removing the masking film.
5. After use, turn the can upside down and spray for 2 seconds until the nozzle is empty.
