Product Information

The Waitress Station is a versatile piece of furniture that can
be used in restaurants, cafes, and other food service
establishments. The station comes in two colors: black (item no.
164WAITRS1BK) and white (item no. 164WAITRS1WL). It consists of
several boards and shelves that are assembled using cam lock screws
and nuts. The station also includes two cabinet doors with
predrilled holes for attaching door hinges.

Product Usage Instructions

Follow the steps below to assemble the Waitress Station:

Step 1:

1. Screw cam lock screws (Ax28) onto left and right side boards
   (1) and (2) and back board (5).
2. Insert cam lock nuts (Dx28) into top ledge, top, middle, and
   bottom shelves (3, 4, 6, and 7).

Step 2:

1. Add shelves (3, 4, 6, and 7) to the back board (5) and tighten
   cam lock nuts (D) with a screwdriver.
2. Align left and right side boards (1) and (2) onto the
   corresponding sides of shelves (3, 4, 6, and 7) with cam lock
   screws (A) in corresponding cam lock nuts (D) and tighten nuts with
   a screwdriver.
3. Screw in cam lock screws (A) to top shelf ledge (9).

Step 3:

1. Place top shelf ledge (9) onto the top shelf (4) and tighten
   cam locks with a screwdriver.
2. Attach 2 magnetic door catches (Ex2) to the underside of the
   middle shelf with screws (Cx4).

Step 4:

1. Add cam lock nuts (Dx16) to base boards (10 and 11) and cam
   lock screws (Ax8) to the ends of base boards (10 and 11).
2. Form a rectangle with base boards (10 and 11) and align cam
   lock nuts with cam lock screws and use a screwdriver to
   tighten.
3. Use the rectangular piece made from step 9 to attach to bottom
   shelf (7) with shorter base board (10) parallel to the front of the
   waitress station.

Step 5:

1. Place door hinges (Bx2) onto the predrilled holes in cabinet
   door (8×1) and use a screwdriver to screw (Cx4) into the predrilled
   holes. Repeat for the second door.

Step 6:

1. Turn waitress station right side up and make sure all
   connections are secure.

Screw cam lock screws (Ax28) onto left and right side boards (1) and (2) and back board (5).

STEP 2.
Insert cam lock nuts (Dx28) into top ledge, top, middle, and bottom shelves (3, 4, 6, and 7). Insert cam lock screws (Ax8) into bottom shelf (7). Arrow on cam lock nut should face outer edge where screw will be inserted.

STEP 3.
Lay back board (5) on ground. Add shelves (3, 4, 6 and 7), and line up cam lock (D) and cam lock screw (A). Tighten cam lock nut (D) with screwdriver once boards are in place.

TIGHTEN ALL THE A SCREWS AFTER THEY ARE INERTED INTO THE BOARD

STEP 4.
Align left and right side boards (1) and (2) onto the corresponding sides of shelves (3, 4, 6 and 7).
a. Once boards (1) and (2) are placed with cam lock screws (A) in corresponding cam lock nuts (D), tighten nuts with screw driver.

STEP 5.
Screw in cam lock screws (A) to top shelf ledge (9).

Place top shelf ledge (9) onto the top shelf (4) of the waitress station, use screwdriver to tighten cam locks.

STEP 7.
Attach 2 magnetic door catches (Ex2) to underside of middle shelf with screws (Cx4).

STEP 8.
Add cam locks nuts (Dx16) to base boards (10 and 11). Add cam lock screws (Ax8) to ends of base boards (10 and 11).

Form a rectangle with base boards (10 and 11). Align cam lock nuts with cam lock screws and use screwdriver to tighten.

Finally, place door hinges (Bx2) onto the predrilled holes in cabinet door (8×1). Use screwdriver to screw (Cx4) into the predrilled holes. Repeat for second door.

Turn waitress station right side up and make sure all connections are secure.
