FP 0210 Empty Boxes
Product Information
The FP 0210 empty box is designed for indoor and outdoor
installation, protected against weather influences. The box has
built-in dimensions of W 216 x H 306 x D 140 mm and a door fastener
with tool operation. With a box size of 2 and a transparent door,
the box comes with a sealing device for door sealing. The material
used to make the box is polycarbonate (PC) and has a grey color
with RAL 7035. In order to achieve protection class II and degree
of protection IP 65, closing plate sets, single closing plates, and
flanges should be ordered separately. The connector is composed of
4 items.

Operating and Ambient Conditions
The box is suitable for indoor installation and outdoor
installation, protected against weather influences. However, pay
attention to the climatic effects on the installed equipment, such
as high or low ambient temperatures or formation of condensed water
(see technical information).
Application Area
The box is designed for fire protection in the event of internal
faults and is silicone-free and halogen-free in accordance with the
examination of the cables and insulated wires – corrosiveness of
fumes – as per IEC 60754-2.
Product Usage Instructions
- Step 1: Choose the appropriate size of the FP 0210 empty box
according to your requirement. - Step 2: Order the closing plate sets, single closing plates,
and flanges separately to achieve protection class II and degree of
protection IP 65. - Step 3: Order the DIN rails, mounting plates, or covers
additionally. - Step 4: Install the box indoors or outdoors, protected against
weather influences. Ensure adequate ventilation and/or heating to
prevent condensation and maintain the maximum permissible ambient
temperature of the installed equipment. - Step 5: Connect the equipment to the connector composed of 4
items.
