Product Overview

Power On/Off

  1. Press and hold power button until blue status light turns on
    and voice prompt power on.
  2. To power off the headphones, press and hold power button until
    blue status light turns off and voice prompt power off.
  3. Bluetooth headphones will automatically search and pair with
    the last paired Bluetooth device.

Pairing with a New Bluetooth Device

  1. Press and hold power button until blue and red status light
    flashes simultaneously and voice prompt connecting.
  2. Turn on the Bluetooth function on Bluetooth enabled device
    (Mobile phone/tablet/computer).
  3. Select search function and select/pair Bass Boost once it
    appears on the available list.
  4. Headphones are now ready to use with voice audio device
    connected.

Listening to Music

Enabling bass boosting feature: press button once to enable it
and press button again to disable it.

Pause/Resume: short press the button once to pause the playback;
short press the button again to resume the playback.

Adjusting the volume: short press button to turn up the sound
volume; short press button to turn down the sound volume.

Skipping track: press and hold button to skip to the next track;
press and hold button to move to the previous track/the beginning
of the current track.

Hands-free Phone Conversation

Pick up/hang up calls: press button once when there is an
incoming call; press button again to hang up the call after
conversation is finished.

Redial the last number: press button twice rapidly.

Wired Connection

Keep the Bluetooth off, connect the 3.5mm audio cable to the
Aux-in jack of the headphones and Aux-out of the audio source.
(Bass Boost feature is disabled during wired connection.)

Charging

Connect the Micro USB charging cable to the charging port of the
headphones and the power output port of the USB power source (5V1A
max.)

Status light will be red during charging and will turn off once
charging is completed. (Charging time: Approx. 2.5 hours)

Troubleshooting

Issue: The headphones cannot be recharged

Possible Cause: A loose connection on USB
charging cable in between charging case and USB power source

Solution: Check both connections of the USB
charging cable. Check status of the USB power source.

Issue: Audio from headphones is lagging or one
side dropped out

Possible Cause: Signal interference from
surrounding environment such as cellular signal tower and WIFI
broadcast antenna

Solution: Leave the premises to reduce the
interference.

Issue: Headphones cannot be paired with the
mobile device

Possible Cause: The pairing steps were
missed

Solution: Turn off the headphones and remove
Bass Boost list on your mobile device. Re-initiate the pairing
process.

Issue: Previous connected devices have not yet
disconnected from the headphones

Solution: Turn off the headphones and go
through the pairing steps again.

Power on/off
1.Press and hold power button until blue status light turns on and voice prompt “power on”.
2.To power off the headphones, press and hold power button until blue status light turns off and voice prompt “power off”.
* Bluetooth headphones will automatically search and pair with the last paired Bluetooth device.
Pairing with a new Bluetooth device
Press and hold power button until blue and red status light flashes simultaneously and voice prompt “connecting”.
Turn on the Bluetooth function on Bluetooth enabled device (Mobile phone/tablet/computer).
Select search function and select/pair “Bass Boost” once it appears on the available list.
Headphones are now ready to use with voice “audio device connected”.

Listening to music

Enabling bass boosting feature: press

button once to enable it and

press

button again to disable it.

Wired connection
Keep the Bluetooth off, connect the 3.5mm audio cable to the Aux-in jack of the headphones and Aux-out of the audio source. (Bass Boost feature is disabled during wired connection.)
Charging Connect the Micro USB charging cable to the charging port of the
headphones and the power output port of the USB power source (5V1A max.) Status light will be red during charging and will turn off once
charging is completed. (Charging time: Approx. 2.5 hours)

Troubleshooting

Issue
The headphones cannot be recharged

Possible Cause

Solution

A loose connection on USB charging cable in between charging case and USB power source
USB power source is
not working

Check both connections of the USB charging cable.
Check status of the USB power source.

Possible Cause

The pairing steps were missed
Previous connected devices have not yet disconnected from the headphones
Battery level is low

Solution
Leave the premises to reduce the interference.
Turn off the headphones and remove “Bass Boost” list on your mobile device. Re-initiate the pairing process.
Turn off the headphones and go through the pairing steps again.
Check the Bluetooth setting on the previous connected device to either trun off the Bluetooh function or remove “Bass Boost” from the list of device.
Recharge the headphones.

Caution Recharge the headphones once every 6 months to prolong the battery life. Recharge headphones if they are not used for extended periods prior to use.

Do not exchange the battery in the product. Keep the headphones in a dry environment. Do not use or store the product in an environment with a temperature over
60 degree Celsius. Do not use the headphones in a hazardous situation or so you cannot hear
external sound.
