Product Information:
The product is a luminaire that requires disassembly
instructions for maintenance or replacement of light sources. The
luminaire has a power connection to the WAGO connectors and a
driver touch protection with screw(s). The luminaire has screws on
the back and a metal back plate that needs to be removed. The
product also has inner layers and light sources that are glued
on.
Product Usage Instructions:
- Before disassembly, unplug the power connection to the
luminaire by pulling apart the WAGO connectors. - Take down the luminaire carefully.
- Unscrew the screw(s) on the driver touch protection using a
screwdriver with a PH2 head. Unplug the LED cables by pressing down
the cable securing button on the driver. - Unscrew all screws on the back of the luminaire with a suitable
bit and a screwdriver. To remove the metal back plate, gently pull
away from the cable opening (see figure). Use gloves as edges might
be sharp. - Remove all inner layers inside the luminaire (do not discard if
only replacing the light source). - Gently peel off light sources (glued on).
- If replacing the light source, de-solder cables from light
source if re-using cables, else, replace light source and cables
and recycle accordingly. Remount the luminaire by following this
instruction in reverse. - Recycle all parts accordingly.
Disassembly instructions
STEP 1 Unplug the power connection to the luminaire by pulling apart the WAGO connectors.

STEP 2 Take down the luminaire.

STEP 3 Unscrew the screw(s) on the driver touch protection using a screwdriver with a PH2 head.
Unplug the LED cables by pressing down the cable securing button on the driver.
STEP 4 Unscrew all screws on the back of the luminaire with a suitable bit and a screwdriver.
To remove the metal back plate, gently pull away from the cable opening (see figure). Use gloves as edges might be sharp.

STEP 5 Remove all inner layers inside the luminaire (do not discard if only replacing the light source).
STEP 6 Gently peel of light sources (glued on).
STEP 7 Recycle all parts accordingly.
If replacing the light source; De-solder cables from light source if re-using cables, else, replace lightsource and cables and recycle accordingly. Remount the luminaire by following this instruction in reverse.
