Murales PROSLAT inc. The model number of the product is 65001. The
product dimensions and weight are not mentioned in the manual. The
product has eight horizontal crossbars, two center verticals, two
left & right rear corner verticals, one left front corner
vertical, one right front corner vertical, four wall mount flanges,
four wall mount extension tubes, and eight horizontal slide rails.
The product comes with a set of fasteners that includes #08 x 3/4
in. fastening screws, extension tube fastening screws, #6 flange
screws, and plastic wall anchors. The product has a grid-like

Product Usage Instructions: Assembly of 8 Tote Storage
Rack
- Separate all parts into groups and familiarize yourself with
the product. - Read all instructions before beginning assembly.
- Assemble the front grid by inserting four horizontal crossbars
(#1) through one center vertical (#2). Slide horizontal crossbar
into the left side of center vertical following the direction of
the arrow until the alignment dimple meets the center vertical.
Place one left front corner vertical (#4) and one right front
corner vertical (#5) on the horizontal crossbar. Repeat this step
for the other side of the front grid. - Assemble the rear grid by inserting four horizontal crossbars
(#1) through two center verticals (#2). Slide horizontal crossbar
into the right side of center vertical following the direction of
the arrow until the alignment dimple meets the center vertical.
Place two left and right rear corner verticals (#3) on the
horizontal crossbars. - Insert eight horizontal slide rails (#8) into the rear grid. If
necessary, tap horizontal slide rails to ensure they are fully
inserted. - Join the front and rear grid by inserting bottom slide rails
(#8) into the front grid. Fasten the bottom hole only. - Turn the unit upright and place it firmly against the wall
where it is to be mounted. - Slide wall mount flanges (#6) into wall mount tubes (#7). Place
the unit against the wall where it is to be mounted and mark wall
flange holes. Do NOT fasten at this time. Make sure the unit
remains in position at all four flange locations while marking
holes. - Move the unit away from the wall and remove wall flange from
the tube and mount flange to the wall using a screwdriver and one
screw per flange. - Fasten the verticals and wall mount tubes. Use one fastener per
joint, each grid, front side only. - The unit must be attached to the wall to keep it from tipping
over.

Turn unit upright and place firmly against wall where unit is to be mounted.

STEP 1:
Fasten all verticals to horizontals. Make sure all joints are pressed firmly together, tigh and against alignment dimples using 24 #08 x ¾ in. fastening screws (#1).
Note: 1 fastener per joint, each grid, front side only
STEP 2:
Move unit away from wall and insert 4 wall mount extensions tubes (#7) in 4 locations. Fasten with 8 #08 x 1-½ in. extension tube fastening screws (#2).
Note: 1 fastener per joint front side only.
FASTENING TO WALL
Mark holes on wall
STEP 3:
Slide wall mount flanges (#6) into wall mount tubes (#7). Place unit against wall where it is to be mounted and mark wall flange holes.
Note: Do NOT fasten at this time. Make sure unit remains in position at all 4 flange locations while marking holes.
Move unit away from wall and remove wall
flange from tube and mount flange to wall
using 12 #10 x 1½ in. wall mount flange screws (#3) and plastic wall anchors (#4) if needed. Note: If mounted into masonry or drywall, drill three ¼ in. holes to accept plastic wall anchors.
Slide unit back against wall while inserting all 4 wall mount extension tubes (#7) into wall mount flanges (#6) and fasten with 4 #08 x ¾ in. fastening screws. (#1).
Note: Use a screwdriver, one screw per flange.

Proslat will replace any defective Rack as long as it was installed and maintained according to the printed instructions. Any Proslat Bin Warehouse Rack replaced under the terms of the Lifetime Warranty inherits the remaining warranty period from the original purchase. Exclusions. The Proslat Warranty does not cover the following: Damage that results from improper installation or misuse or abuse; Damage due to acts of God, fire, or accident; Damage that results from loading the rack beyond the stated maximum weight capacity; The cost of labor or accessory materials; and shipping cost to return defective products. Limitations of Warranty. The above Lifetime Warranty is the exclusive warranty for Proslat Bin Warehouse product. Proslat disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for particular purpose or otherwise. Conseil : Faites glisser la barre horizontale dans le côté gauche de la barre centrale verticale en suivant la direction de la flèche, jusqu’à ce que l’encoche d’alignement soit en contact avec la barre centrale verticale.
Insérez la barre verticale du coin avant gauche (n° 4) et la barre verticale du coin avant droit (n° 5) sur les barres transversales horizontales.

Fixez les glissières horizontales (n° 8) dans la grille arrière à l’aide des vis de fixation n ° 08 x ¾ po (n° 1). Remarque : Commencez par la rangée du haut. Fixez dans le trou inférieur uniquement.
FIXER LA GRILLE AVANT À LA GRILLE ARRIÈRE

Insérez les glissières inférieures (n ° 8) dans la grille avant et fixez-les (en vous assurant qu’elles sont complètement insérées) à l’aide des vis de fixation n° 08 x ¾ po (n° 1)
Remarque : Fixez dans le trou inférieur uniquement.
Insérez et fixez les 3 prochaines rangées de glissières à la grille avant à l’aide de 6 vis de fixation n° 08 x ¾ po (n° 1). Remarque : Fixez dans le trou inférieur uniquement.
Tournez l’unité verticalement et placez-la fermement contre le mur à l’endroit où doit être montée.

Fixez toutes les barres verticales aux barres horizontales à l’aide de 24 vis de fixation n° 08 x ¾ po (n°1). Assurez-vous que tous les joints sont bien enclenchés dans les encoches d’alignement. Conseil : Une fixation par jonction, côté avant uniquement
Éloignez l’unité du mur et insérez les 4 tubes de montage mural (n°7) aux 4 endroits pertinents. Fixez le tout à l’aide des 8 vis de fixation des tubes n° 08 x 1 ½ po (n°2).
Conseil : Une fixation par jonction, côté avant uniquement.
FIXEZ L’UNITÉ DE STOCKAGE AU MUR
Marquez l’emplacement des trous sur le mur
ÉTAPE 3
Faites glisser les brides de fixation murale (n°6) sur le tube de montage au mur (n°7). Placez l’unité contre le mur où elle doit être installée et marquez l’emplacement des trous des fixations murales. Conseil : NE PAS fixer. Assurez-vous uniquement que l’unité reste en place lorsque vous marquez l’emplacement des trous.
Éloignez l’unité du mur, retirez les brides de fixation du tube et montez-les à l’aide des 12 vis de bride de fixation murale n° 10 x 1½ po (n°3) et des vis d’ancrage en plastique (n°4) si besoin est. Conseil : si vous installez l’unité sur un mur en pierre ou une
cloison sèche, percez trois trous d’un quart de pouce
afin d’y insérer les vis d’ancrage en plastique.
Faites glisser l’unité contre le mur tout en insérant les 4 tubes de montage mural (n°7) dans les brides de fixation murale (n°6) et fixez-les à l’aide des 4 vis de fixation n° 08 x ¾ po (n°1). Conseil : Utilisez un tournevis, une vis par bride.
