Gardner Wall Sconce
Product Information: Gardner Light Fixture
The Gardner Light Fixture is a wall sconce that can be installed
in any indoor location. The fixture comes with all the necessary
hardware for installation, including a mounting plate, mounting
plate screws, back plate screws, and wire nuts.
Recommended Tools:
- Phillips head screwdriver
- Wire stripper/cutter
- Voltage tester
Attention:
If you do not have an existing electrical light box in your
intended installation site, have one installed by a licensed
professional.
Product Usage Instructions: Gardner Light Fixture
Installation
- Turn off the power to the circuit that the light fixture will
be installed on. - Attach the mounting plate to the junction box using the
provided mounting plate screws. - Using a wire stripper/cutter, strip approximately 1/2 inch of
insulation from the wires in the junction box and from the wires on
the sconce. - Twist together the wires from the sconce with their
corresponding wires from the junction box using the included wire
nuts. Make sure that the connections are tight and secure. Tuck the
excess wire into the junction box. - Attach the sconce to the mounting plate using the provided back
plate screws. - Turn on the power to the circuit and test the light fixture
using a voltage tester.

Installation Instructions
CAUTION Cut power to circuit before installation.
1 Attach mounting plate to junction box using
provided mounting plate screws.
2 Using the included wire nuts, twist together the
wires from the sconce with their corresponding wires from the junction box. Tuck the excess wire into the junction box.
3 Attach sconce to mounting plate using provided
back plate screws.
4 Return power to circuit and turn on light.
